There's always a formula for this. The goodhearted man and woman end up together and the evil ones end up together unless there is some VERY radical character development over the next 110 eps which is entirely possible.
To me, the episode count doesn't matter as much as the storyline. If it's interesting and promises to have a good ending, I'll most likely stay until the end. That doesn't mean I don't skip scenes to make episodes take less time to watch though.
My longest drama watched to date is Ugly Alert at 133 episodes, followed by Inborn Pair at 84 episodes. Ugly Alert has an interesting enough storyline to watch it all the way through although I'm sure it could have been shorter (hence, some skipping was involved). Inborn Pair... I'm not sure how I did it. I think I was just extra bored at the time. It's the only way to explain it because the storyline was not that enticing.
