not bad but not really good either. premise had a lot of potential but too few episodes made the fast-paced plot messy. don't want to say that it's a waste of good actors but it kinda feels like it. nonetheless if they make a season 2 about mr smile chasing down the pastor i'll definitely tune in
eldest daughter syndrome is real and mirae is an example of it. her dad even admitted in ep 4 that, too young, she was forced to step up and become the head of the family bc he was incompetent and unable to fulfill that role. the dad suddenly showing up with a smile and money to buy them nice things does not mean that mirae should forgive him and let him back into the family. sure, at the end of the day, it will be the mom's decision to take back the dad or not but mirae still deserves to have a say in all of this, it is HER family. her anger, her resentment and her protectiveness are all justifiable imo
was skeptical of whether i liked it after ep 1 but after watching ep 2 i can confirm that i will be continuing it. i am very much intrigued by the parents now and i can't wait for the FL to dig up her family's secrets. i love kim byungchul and yoon seah, they're my parents fr

the sister should’ve been with ML’s friend, their relationship was really cute. the director could’ve been with FL’s friend, they matched well and looked more realistic than with the sister
cute if you can look past the jarring SA that happens in the beginning. the leads have good chemistry but the plot is far from enough to fill 24 eps… it got boring quickly. also i don’t like the secondary couple
