I agree. TXW is a very good actress. I saw her in MR and comparing her in this drama, PoJ, she portraits this character in a different manner, so she's doing according to the character's role, so she did a very good job in both dramas!

I was going to post something about what a ML role has been in Chinese dramas. I usually watch only XK dramas but since there aren't that many new of his available, I started with the latest hottest viewership one which is PoJ or something like that with TXW. You know XK's fans complain and complain about XK's screen times...but I think that's the norm in Cdramas. The ML's screen times is usually a lot less than the FL. For instance, ZLH appearance is minimum. I'm caught up on ep 12. I don't see his fans complaining about this. So, I am happy for any XK's dramas, whether is custom or modern. Something good for his career that I can support is all I would care. Custom dramas are easier to get hot. However, some interesting love story dramas could also become very hot. I want him to be successful regardless of what people says about this and that, blah blah, that he doesn't care fame, etc. So, hopefully, he'd find something he likes to help to propel his career and gives us enthusiastic entertainment. I think that's what it matters in the end. As a fan, I wish him the best and I think this would be the best... but others may think differently and that is ok. I ofc don't mean to bring in as an argument but I am just giving out an opinion.
Talking about the Blood of Youth, LXY is 3 or 4 years older than XK. He seems to even have more dramas demands than XK for the past couple of years ever since he did this drama season 1. So, getting a good drama that can become hot is very important for an artist's career. So to me, it doesn't matter, whether it's custom or modern, if it has a good interesting script, I would hope XK finds it and work in it.
