Yes, I've said Xu Kai was ugly when he was too thin because that's how I saw him. However, I have said too many times that Xu Kai looked very handsome. Doesn't this show that I'm unbiased and say things that are like they are?

Saying the truth is not demeaning. Don't get confused with being disillusioned than the real facts of what is going on. MR can't compete with MM and that's the true unfortunately for us, the fans of Xu Kai.

I'm not a hater. BL's 2 dramas did much better than the dramas of XK last year. Both of them went into the 1 spot...versus XK's the unsuccessful SEL and a so so WLOL. No comparison as who the real winner was in 2023 so I leave it there. So your saying of BL's 2 vs XK's is way off from the truth. I like BL but I am not her fans nor i follow her. I'm saying what it is and truth many times hurt but it is what it is. Xu Kai did have a very good 2024 so wish him a better 2025!

MM has 3M and Dafeng has 5M subscribed or vice versa (i don't remember now). I'm just saying what it is. XK's dramas never had anything more than 1M and only people in China can confirm what I say. Moonlighting Mystique will be competing against Dafeng. Both of them have more than 3M subscribers. No way ML can compete against MM. It seems that nowadays BL and WH are too strong in whatever dramas they are. Not to belittle XK but it is what it is.

Agree, I love him in idol dramas, the CEO types cuz he looks so handsome; but then, many of the people in MDL says, no, he shouldn't be doing idol dramas....etc. I hope he'll do well with these last 2 dramas that he's done/doing...but I don't think they would attract that much attentions.

XK's own voice will drive more black marketing to put him down and it will spoil the drama's viewership in my opinion. I think it'd be best just to be dubbed. His voice is nice to listen but his Chinese pronunciation will be mocked badly. His is just like the William Chen's Chinese, quite heavy Cantonese accent! (or the people in China would just take XK's Chinese as Taiwan's, so he'll be badly mocked and the drama could also fail badly.

Came across this short video of Elvis Han. He was participating in a singing competition. He is a very good singer. At the end of his singing, he said he wanted to offer his song to both of his grandfathers both from his mom and father's sides. He also told the story that his grandpa father's side was always with him when he was in Vancouver Canada. Then he came back to China for his studies and when he made his first movie, he sent the movie to his his grandpa to watch. At that time, his grandpa got cancer and so, he told Elvis, grandson, I can't watch it now cuz I am too sick. Elvis told him, just watch it when you'll feel better.
