A lot of potential

I really tried to like this. Despite the controversies, my problem was pacing more than anything else. I really enjoyed the story and most of the characters, but for me, the latter 3 episodes lost its luster.

I do give a ton of praise to Jung Hae In and Yoo In Na, their acting was amazing. Also, not a bad debut from Jisoo even though the majority of her work was weeping. The Sky Castle ladies were rather boring, but in the end served a funny purpose in the penultimate episode. Hana and Gang-mu were another bright spot for me. As I think back, there was a lot of great scenes and moments, but some of it dragged on too much.

Women Rule!

From the moment the opening credits started with the OST playing I knew I would love this drama, but I didn't know how much. I love the message of women supporting each other and in particular how each were in positions of influence. This is a great modern story. I love all three main female characters who each brought a different perspective and approach to the workforce. This was the definition of WERK!

The love story takes a back seat for me, but all of those plot lines were realistic, meaningful, and didn't wrap up in a neatly tied bow -- and that's a good thing! By far the sweetest story was Cha Hyun and Seol Ji Hwan. I couldn't get enough of the drama within the drama too!

Other highlights:
-The OST - which I downloaded very quickly.
-The fashion of all three characters - whether it be hair or workforce clothes.
-The cinematography - so gorgeous to watch!

I hope more people watch this and appreciate what it offers!

I was looking for a quirky rom-com and love Jang Nara. Bonus: this one involves time travel! On paper it's pretty formulaic, but the writing and performances displayed a lot of heart. I was particularly moved by the mother-daughter story. I didn't expect to see Jang Nara crying in almost every episode! I was crying with her!

I also never root for the 2nd male lead, but it was tempting in this show! Some of the other storylines with the secondary characters were a little less than desirable, but luckily we got back to the main leads pretty quickly in each episode. I loved this quirky show and definitely recommend.

Let's go team!

It has been a year since I watched this drama, and I still have very positive feelings about it, which convinced me to finally write a review. I'm not sure why it took me so long to finish this drama. At the time, I think I was distracted with other shows. Once I finally dug in, I couldn't stop! If you love shows about friendships and teamwork this show is for you! If you love gaming, with the aforementioned, then move this up your watchlist!

I really loved how Team Happy became a unit, the gameplay in the show was incredible, and no romance was ok! Even though handsome Yang Yang is the lead, it was nice to see him not play the ideal boyfriend, but instead a leader who finds himself struggling after getting kicked out of the league. His team of "misfits" were a perfect challenge and the resulting camaraderie was infectious.

Season 2 -- I really hope the entire cast returns with Yang Yang. It won't be the same without them.
