Title Snowdrop
The political plot is really good. I wish they also focus on romance tho. All the Youngro Ro and Sooho angst part…
true but i also agree that because so much is happening to both of them personally (getting betrayed by their fathers & countries, coping with deaths of their close ones, worrying about deaths of their friends etc) especially young ro who's so young right now, its not easy to show romance. honestly if we were in that situation romance would be the least of our worries. i think it's very realistic that they've shown their relationship this way in the drama.

I will be honest ,, I love the drama but I don't like the romantic story ,, I feel it's forced ,, North korean…
well i'm sure that if i found out that the person i'm in love with is actively trying to kill me and my friends, i'd be upset and i'd cry too. oh and if my brother died while i were still being held captive by said love interest, guess what, i will be upset, i will be angry, i will cry. then if my dad turned out to be the one who was behind this whole scheme, and if he was planning to kill all my friends, i'd be devastated and in no condition to act like a hero. you might be different idk but i'm only a normal person.

and please listen to her singing before passing judgement like this.

but I feel sad for her. In this game, she is the loosing side. Surely she had her fun playing this game for her…
absolutely! there's a bollywood movie called 'raazi' about an actual indian spy who went to pakistan and was in the same situation as cheong ya. i really recommend it to all snowdrop lovers. that movie made me think so much.

we all understand that boon ok is sad, lonely and in a pitiful situation. no one says otherwise. for the first few times, her self pity and selfish motives were excusable - but the problem is that she's just too immersed in self pity and doesn't make good choices even for herself. Pi has been with her since so long trying to protect her, but we all know boon ok will STILL betray her even now without a second thought.

cheong ya does bad stuff too but the reason most people find boon ok most annoying is that at least cheong ya is self aware. she knows what she is doing and why she is doing it. in boon ok's case she's deluded herself into thinking the whole world makes plans to ruin hers. that she's the eternal victim, that everyone looks down on her. Honestly, she's only sabotaging herself like this. i initially thought we'd see some character development here but there has been absolutely none so far. boon ok is definitely one of my least liked characters in the show.

I wouldn't say that the writing was bad, but the last couple of eps could have been better, especially the ending.
no, it's the fact that so many of the things in the drama were weird. for example the policeman suspecting tae wook just cause tae wook said "do you think i'll lose this case?" or when they were exposing that assemblyman- that plan was so bad. this kind of thing happened so many times and well, you can overlook these if at least the ending is good but...T_T

so wait, does soo ho's father want him dead? or is this some plan he has come up with? because that woman subordinate did not seem to be aware that cheong ya was sent there - and cheong ya said herself that she was sent there to rescue the spies safely.

there was definitely something in that look at the end, i wonder what is going on there. And true! i was thinking this when tae il was talking about young ro hiding soo ho - like you literally were the one who conspired with nk for his whole mission?? why are YOU the one blaming young ro here?
