I'm loving how funny and ridiculous this show can be. So far every single episode has had a cringey moment so bad I've closed my computer a couple times. Like, please stop omg, 🤣 it's so fun though

is there a complete show like this ? i mean from the perspective of the murderer
The King of Pigs is from the perspective of the murderer, but there's still plot twists, I recommend it. But it's a different premise than Mouse.

I see what you're talking about, and I've haven't watched anything else from these creators, so I don't have that context like you. But I have seen this trope before in other kdramas, and you're right. For me, I believe the message the show really wanted to push was related to Cheol and the middle school plot, and the ending was just the ending lol. Especially since the show was based on a movie that was based on real life, and they changed so many things from the original.

Thanks for discussing this with me!

Title The King of Pigs Spoiler
Not bad, but predictable. It's not that I hated the ending, I saw it coming from a mile away and it made sense,…
"I'm not missing the point of the show", okay but Cheol literally used the bullying as an excuse for his suicide because he hated his life and was depressed. I thought that was obvious? Then when he changes his mind it's because he finally realizes what he has (aka. friends and a loving mother). Jong-seok pushes him because he's fucking crazy blah blah blah... but suicide is a serious topic that the show directly states is a tragedy, I don't think it's glorifying it at all. And it's not the fault of the showmakers if people with no media literacy don't pick up on the nuance. Not trying to hate and I do agree with your other takes, I'm just saying they weren't "making a spectacle of suicide".

This Drama is worse than a horror movie, can't finish it till this day and feels glad that I forgot most of its…
if you couldn't get to the end that's probably for the best because I just watched the last two episodes and they are probably the most devastating and brutal ones

Title The King of Pigs Spoiler
Just finished, the last two episodes were the best
That final shot of Chul, Jong-seok, and Kyung-min all holding hands on the pavement, then the flashback to JS and KM as kids on the floor, I bawled. So diabolical but I loved it

Just when I think omegaverse has hit rock bottom, it manages to sink lower and drag the whole idea of good storytelling…
did you know you don't have to watch it?

Title Scarlet Heart Spoiler
I have so many feelings about this show. It's so good, but there's also so much wrong with it. Why did they literally kill all my favorite characters???? Everyone was so miserable at the end. If I were Ruoxi, I genuinely might have just killed myself after Yutan died. I can't understand why she still forgave the Emperor, but it did make for a good ending. I don't think I'll watch season 2, but I will go watch the Korean remake before the Thai one comes out, which is why I watched this one in the first place, to compare versions. Overall, I really did like it, though.

Park and Chet were the best part of the series, everything else was terrible. Huge waste of time

I'm practically sure of my guess because "Neung" & "Song" seem familiar but I want to be sure.…
yes they are "one" and "two" but "ko" isn't a surname, it's a nickname that they happen to share. ko neung's real name is krittin and ko song's real name is khanin

I watched this on a plane today (spoiler, bad idea) and I cried so hard that the lady in the aisle over reached out to squeeze my arm in comfort. Great movie

why does the synopsis say “ When Pheem leads him to a man named Ko”? they made it seem like Pheem introduced…
I haven't seen this since it came out but I'm pretty sure Pheem recommended Jira take that escort job that led to him meeting Koh in the bar.

I think the show fell flat. They tried to tackle one of the most difficult genres and it did not go well. I love…
I haven't seen this yet, but I still plan to watch it for fun even though I know it's terrible. But I'm so curious what you mean by putting Monty Python and Wooju Bakery in the same genre? Please explain because I'm having a hard time finding the connection lol. Comedy, supernatural stuff??

Unpopular Opinion: I didn’t care much for Harmony Secret. I mean, it was good because of LMSY and LillyBelle,…
agree, also the story and writing fell flat and they couldn't do much to save it. this is much better in every way.

Scent is kinda redeeming himself for me; he's more of a yellow flag now, I'd say, because he didn't want to go through with the perfume after Gaysorn said he's not okay with it. "Your scent and your body are your own." That's green-flag behavior! But that Uncle has got to go.
