I'm on episode 16, and I must say that FY is the greenest demon Iāve seen. Heās so pure. I thought I would hate it, but surprisingly, I'm loving it.
The only way I could hate the 2ML is if they make him evil in the end. so far Iām really loving him. it will actually break my heart if he remains good and doesnāt get the girl in the end.
I'm really enjoying this so far! I love the main leads, especially SML (please don't ruin his character), as well as the side characters. I hope they can maintain this quality throughout. šš¼ I appreciate that all the characters are not simply good or evil; each faction has its own beliefs that they are fighting for.

From what I understand, MLās mother had an affair with 2nd ML father. She then went to canada and married a pastor and left her son with the grandmother. the grandmother couldnāt take care of the ML, so he was forced to grow up in a foster home. the FLās mother was the one who took care of him and raised him.
Yes, I saw that one too, but I dont know something is missing .like they were holding it in for so long but it doesnt match the intensenty I was hoping for.
Finally a cdrama worth watching. Iām enjoying it so far and I enjoyed how much invested we are. āŗļøofcourse we all know the ML already fell hard for the FL and now sheās making him suffer. But if she forgave him easily we would also be disappointed.
I think she can easily forgive ziyu because she doesnāt feel anything for him anymore. she understands that inorder for him to attain power, he needs to focus on politics and befriend even their enemies.They have also been through a lot so I guess heās a friend/ family to her as well.
For CXZ, she fell hard for him even if she wonāt admit it. She ran after him when he tried to divorce her because he might die in battle. In reality itās more difficult to forgive the people whom you loved and trusted if they betray you. So I think her reaction and her attempts to hurt him is expected especially for a strong assasin/ leader like her. He fooled her again and again so itās just right that he suffers for now. but I canāt wait for the episodes when he actively pursues her and she finally gives in. I misssed their hugs as well.
a bonus for me is I love the voice of both leads. no baby voice for FL which is the norm in cdramas.
Iām wondering if these actors are allowed to kiss in their dramas. they havenāt given us anythinh yet even in the marriage arc.

Funny how a lot of you felt the need to defend this and attack anyone who thinks otherwise. Letās face it a lot of us here struggled to continue! Itās not good.
After who rules the world and love like the galaxy, this isnāt Zhao Lusi caliber anymore.
What I loved about Lu Si when she started was the fact that she could carry any drama, even low-budget ones, and no matter how annoying a character was written, she could make you love her and root for her. She doesnāt use a baby voice in her older dramas either because she knows how to act innocent and adorable. ugh, I hate that they made her do this. Maybe if this came out 5 years ago, we would love it. maybe! I remembered how obsessed I was with love better than immortality before, but when I rewatched it now.. lolā¦ still the leads have š„chemistry.
For wang an Yu.. please watch fall in love and falling into you. He has a childish charm and can make you fall in love with him. He is very good-looking and also one of the best kissers in cdramas.
I hope these two can act again in another drama but with a better plot and well-written characters.
