I watched those too. I liked They Kissed Again. The Jiro Wang one I love is Absolute Boyfriend the Taiwanese version. I love the anime and the jdrama too.

I have a huge thing for Jiro Wang, Wu Chun and George Hu right now. Been watching dramas with them in it.

Ah I just started watching Taiwanese dramas too. I fell in love with some Taiwan Actors and now watch dramas from Tawain, Korea and Japan. I followed the same path as you almost.

I tend to marathon shows. I finished Iris 2 it was good not a 10 but decent. I am 4 episodes from finishing They Kissed Again. It is good so far waiting to see how they end it. Hmmm. It has been a while since I have seen a non remake that was good. I am watching Substitute Princess. It is rather good for a romance. I find it really frustrating right now though. I have a tendency to fall for the 2nd male lead but I am not sure how this one is going to go. I may swear off tdramas if I am not happy with the ending. I love Autumns Concerto the most when it comes to China/Taiwan dramas.

I only looked it up originally because of Jiro Wang. I decided to complete vers of popular dramas in T/K/J and Absolute Boyfriend I watched the Japanese vers of and absolutely loved the idea of it. I heard about the remake into a Kdrama and thought I would get a jump and watch the Tdrama so that I had seen every vers. I couldn't stop. I love those types of Romantic dramas with a Scifi or Supernatural or Time travel. Anything uncontrollable really. Not like a pissed mom that is just going to annoy me. Queen In Hyuns Man is a great example but anyways after watching that I became Jiro biased and have been working on completing his dramas.

I actually can't stand the main girl or the story line in the Korean version and was worried about watching the Taiwanese one because of that. I started it with an open mind but found myself really disliking it again. The story is at the same par of the Kdrama but I am not sure why exactly. I think I liked the Tdrama a bit more. They Kissed Again is different. I felt that the stories and characters had matured so much well minus the lead gi, that the series is actually decent. I watched it for the same reason as you. It was a classic and must watch by many other people's standards. I just find the couple so odd ball at time that it was hard to watch. I know the main leads have like a cult following of fans just don't know why. Anyways I would recommend watching only the second season. I have actually enjoyed parts of it compared to the first on we're I forced myself to finish it because of Jiro Wang.

I am watching They Kissed Again now. I love it a lot better then the first season. The love scene made me blush. >_<. I am still working on Hana Kimi too. I think the Japanese one is the best so far still. I really love that version. I kept putting them both on hold because of Hayate the Combat Butler. I thought it was cute. I really like Park Shin Hye and George Hu is a new love I discovered. Lol I ended up marathoning that but I am back on They kissed Again.

I totally agree with Goong and Coffee Prince being on the list. I think if I had to choose 1 since the actress is the same it would be Goong.

I downloaded both from livejournal.com. They have an Arashi community called arashi_on and you can get the dramas there. Room 0 was good I loved the short stories.

That's how I felt watching only Japanese dramas. Now I have expanded to Korea and Taiwan. I have a few of those booked marked going to go ahead and download them. Thanks for spending the time to help. I think I will watch Bandage first. I love Jin.
