The last episode is all about what it means to let go of your baggage, hop on that metaphorical (and literal) boat, and risk it all for the chance at something real. Tongrak and Mahasamut’s story? It’s a reminder that love is as much about the journey as it is about the destination—and sometimes, the most scenic routes are the ones we almost miss.
I think this is Mame's best work yet.
I related to Rak so deeply that it was hard for me sometimes to watch because I felt bare and exposed.
For some people, Rak's reaction this last episode might have been too dramatic but I understand him perfectly. I also understand Mut who have tried to love and be patient with Rak all this time.
To Rak,
"The walls we build around us keep us trapped. A prison of our own making".
He got scared last minute when Mut confused his love because everything suddenly felt so real. He was suddenly bare and vulnerable and he made a last ditch effort to hide away from his own feelings and from Mut as a way to protect himself but alas! It's too late. He's all in already. His actions of self preservation hurt Mut.
I am impressed with Mut because not many would love and want to be that patient or would want someone with so much baggage. He's the kind of man I once dreamt of but reality is different.
Thank you Mame for giving me a show I can finally relate with. Thank you for reminding me that love is possible for all.
- Whale boat has a landing pad and MZT came flying in like a CEO boss 😂
- "Is he addicted to hitting me?"... I will miss his dynamic with DLH man now that he's retiring. My fave "friendemies" after Yin/SL.
- That hot pot scene was supposed to be a happy reunion but there was an underlying sadness because Yin is Yin and JY is JY 😥. I will now consider Yin as his own personality and not JY2.0. He deserves his special attention.
- I have a feeling the scene when Yin asked how NY can drink such bad tasting tea was a ZLH improv 😂
- I love it whenever ZLH plays the fox disguised as JY/Yin. It's so fun to watch how his demeanor changes according to YY's behavior 😆
- The unwavering trust NY has in Yin that he isn't the killer no matter what the evidence might suggests and how she was affected. This is the kind of two-way rush romance I want to watch where both sides give and not just one takes while the other is the only one giving. What a contrast from the other drama. My heart is healed, thank you Love's Rebellion 💙
P.S. The power couple vibe they were giving from sitting in that room interrogating that girl to their dismissal of DHL man 👫🏻
Nan Ya: "He and I lived and died together. We got through thick and thin together. He was my destined one in this life.
The main problem with this love story is that the drama didn't make Nan Ya's feelings believable. Although the show depicted the leads as two friends who genuinely cared for each other, I never felt that their love was developed or deep enough to explain Nan Ya's longing for Ji Yan. This is a classic example of a show telling us something instead of showing us.
😂😂😂😂😂😂
Drama: ❌ Error 404
We are halfway through the drama and aside from ZLH’s awesome scenes, the plot is not giving me much. Some things are happening but I feel nothing much is happening. The emotional scenes have no impact on me. The couple is cute but lacks depth. Too low on angst for my taste. I was hoping for Dark ZLH but nope. He is still cute thought. At least after the time jump I’m starting to find the fox guy cute rather than annoying. I’m glad he is a brother type not a stupid love triangle with the FL.
