OMG!!! I didn't get to watch the 2 episodes yesterday so I binged them today with Ep.22 and I can't imagine what it would be like to binge the whole thing. I can easily devour this show. I stop to comment this but Ep.20-22 were amazing with the enemy territories now on Da Chu land. We've got more mystery and twists to unveil with new chracters! But I just want to quickly commend the princess from Cang Bei. She's for sure not no ordinary princess bc I love the way she sharply educated the obnoxious guy who tried to downgrade women in power. Sis pulled up with receipts using the ladies of Da Chu as an example and humbled him real quick. 👏👏

Same here! I just kept thinking "Now, if MXY and Ye Li could just join hands, it would be more gripping to watch."

I like the slow burn too. I mean honestly, they both didn't really know each other prior to marriage and they both haven't been social with the outside world for 8 years due to their conditions. It makes mores sense for me to see them awkwardly and gradually falling for each other bc they both literally have no experience in the romance department. Ex) MXY felt so lame when Ye Li ran off after he invited her to share the bed with his excuse about the cold but he got lucky she came back lol. Ye Li was still shy when he got close to look at her rash.
So it may be slow but it works for their dynamic.
