Glad to see them FINALLY showing the real mastermind Di Ziyuan, with her grand, domineeringly majestic aura. The…
It might be because you read the novel. I love our leads and in terms of idol drama, it's doing the job right. But as of now, most of the characters are just moping around. 😕
After reading a few comments today, I've concluded, I need to read this book! The cleverness is all I ask for…
- LMX triggering and pressing Anning about the incident was thrilling. The one strategist I'm willing to invest and watch play out. - LMX always ask the right questions when discussing with Anle or Han Ye about their feelings. Poor him having to keep that part in mind. 😅 - Not the 8 year old handwriting! 😂😂 The fake DZY is finally starting to be preposterous to Han Ye. - Han Ye is starting to regret his decisions. The distant Anle was a good eye opener. She truly meant it when she said, "There's only one Ren Anle and once I'm gone, I'm gone." He thought she was still going to be the flirty Anle he knew but nope! She's getting her priorities straight.
After reading a few comments today, I've concluded, I need to read this book! The cleverness is all I ask for but the show is undermining it. We're constantly being told more than shown and that's ruining certain aspects of the show. Even if the scriptwriters think some political matters might bore the audiences, if done right, we'd still be invested. Any who, here's a few of my thoughts on Episode 18:
So HY opened the door to the storage room to get in to save Anle... why can't they go out the same way?? I didn't…
Apparently as he pushed the door off of her, some beams fell and the are by the door is in flames. You could barely tell but Anle said they're blocked in that's why.
The 2nd portion of this Crown Princess banquet had me in cahoots. I was about to throw hands! It was well deserving to see Anle gracefully sword dance and knock off the hairpin in fake DZY’s hair. Sis was ruining the Di family’s name with no shame. 😤😡But what pains me the most is watching Anle stand there watching Han Ye openly protect fake DZY. Those words should be for her!! It kills me that he doesn’t know Anle is the real Di Ziyuan. The longing in his eyes and hesitation proves he fancies her the most. Han Ye knew that Anle was the one he wanted to choose but out of guilt and loyalty, he chose fake DZY. It’s getting too irritating watching fake DZY think she’s winning the game. Just give us the big mic drop moment already! I’m ready for Anle to turn heads. Oh, and that sad moment when Anle told LMX she felt guilty hoping Han Ye would have given her the hairpin was too precious. She doesn’t want to fall for the enemy’s son but too late! 😭😭. These 2 are too precious. I know it’s inevitable but I’d love to see how they resolve it, if they ever do.
I don't know why but the hysterical fake crying at the beginning of the episode had me in stitches... and later…
HAHA. Her antics are hilarious. First the fanfic as blackmail and then the fake crying. If looks could kill, Anle is the epitome of that. She looked like she came to win. Which is somewhat true haha.
