do u have any thoughts about the brother? I’m kinda predicting that the “dead” brother of ML was the person…
Oh wow I haven't thought of it so deeply yet. Now that you mentioned it, I haven't really questioned who may been the person behind the kidnap attempt. There are already no other characters presented so far except for the brother especially these 2 episodes and they seem to cast a doubt over how he died. So you really made a plausible guess and it would be a good twist. I didn't get the part on the "women on ice", was that mentioned when the kidnappers reported on the foiled mission?
It is about managing your expectations, I often see so many reviews with high scores on shows that I watched before and I go "really?". We have to know the viewers have different expectations going into watching a drama so one may not get into the hype of even a highly rated drama.
i actually fairly liked FL in i'm a pet at dali temple. check that out :)
:) For over the top plots I am fine with it as long as it is executed properly and consistent with the flow of the show. For me it is like in real life first impression is the looks but won't brush them off. Normally I will watch the first episode for the entirely feel and know if I wanna continue. For some reason I seem to prioritise the ML looks looks over the FL's... LOL. That is probably linked to the matching visuals you mentioned - maybe because I am a dude :D
Waiting for episode 11 tomorrow, so far 10 episodes filled with hot-cold relationship between the leads - their intentions may not be that easy to understand but still not confusing yet. Really cute C/P especially the ML with his brooding looks. As of many dramas of this genre loads of wanna leave but can't bear to leave/cannot leave scenes up till now. Hope there is enough contents to keep me interested for the next 25 episodes. The story behind the FL and the background of the ML seems to have been revealed already or nothing much left I guess. Fingers crossed...
He said don't leave MY and ST alone. ST has Jaesu, juri and the ajumma to look after him but MY has only the CEO…
Jaesu, Juri and Ajunma doesn't know about the head nurse. Only Jaesu guessed that MY's mom killed KT's mom and not her ID or she was around. So ST is still basically alone as his "caretakers" and himself were not informed of the dangers.
A tad disappointed but it was kinda expected as there was a built-up in previous episodes - those stuff that KT…
Being a maniac is fine, how it was portrayed is peculiar. Yes we know her identity and suddenly she reverts to her lavish lifestyle driving a Volvo S90, doing nasty things so easily in a small town while being so flashy. Understand it is just to be dramatic, but probably a bit too much for some.
That they are taking the whole crazy mother thing too far? The last two eps almost felt like a different drama,…
Thanks for the thought on MY's mom stalking KT's for an opportunity to strike which they should have shown for more credibility. Some maybe wondering how MY's mom knows ST is going to lead his mom to a tunnel?
I kinda agree with doggggg it is quite abrupt and forced... like a different show - from "Tim Burtonish" to "Days of Our Life-ish".
Am I the only one that is disappointed? I tuned in for a healing drama but it is now a thriller mystery drama.
A tad disappointed but it was kinda expected as there was a built-up in previous episodes - those stuff that KT recalled after realizing the identity of the head nurse + other hints. That being said it merely helped a bit when it happened, still found scenes from episodes 13 and 14 a bit detached from the the previous episodes. As mentioned, those scenes featuring the head nurse in these episodes are like those from a soap opera. Made me roll my eyes LOL.
Oh just found out about this when I was recommending season 1 to viewers of "The Sleeping Princess". Looking forward, hope they continue the story to season one, probably go back to sleep again?

LOL read the synopsis on that one - she is always turning into animal ya? For me the looks of ML in a drama is higher priority than the FL, didn't think she looked like a FL type of pretty. She does remind me of the FL in "With You" (I only watched the trailer) and I thought she was in it. Her looks grew on me now that I watched all the episodes released so far - happening quite frequently in C-Drama for me. Agree on the smiles, especially the scene when she smiled just before going into the horse carriage.
Chanced upon Chef Fang a few days back and was binge watching but don't really like the look of the ML. Again chanced upon this tonight and just finished episode 1, ZYC really looks good in period drama (most I seen so far cannot carry it off). Good to see familar faces from Love o2o, intense love, my girlfriend is an alien and the dude from consummation... haven't seen any drama from the FL prior though. Forget to mention young Li Yubing is in it as well!
