I think both are good in two different ways. I first watched HSF and I loved it. The chemistry between SkyNani is insane. I think the main difference is that in HSF the biggest focus is on SaintShin and their drama. Their relationship is the centre of it all. Of course we learn about others too but it can be felt that these two are truly main characters. I also loved the idea of two schools being in a conflict and going around that. Plus, HSF have closed ending. Scholl 2013 have somewhat open-ending. Like, yeah peoples life change but there are plots I felt like deserve better resolution and more focus. Not to say that HSF is perfect but at least the ending felt very satisfying. What I will say is that Schools 2013 focus A LOT on the teachers and their relationships with the kids. They are going through their own hardships. And the teachers duo do feel like two central figures. It's totally worth to watch it though. It's complex, emotional. And something that I've noticed: slightly more realistic than HSF. I honestly enjoyed both series and don't regret watching either. The kids are precious, the teachers are precious and I really like how it all unfolded in both.

If you want more BROMANCE and I'd say... More dynamic action and plot, watch HSF first.

If you want more slice-of-life, slightly slower but in-depth story with focus on the teachers trying to fight for the kids - watch School 2013 first.

I would pay to see high-quality series with BenzGarfield as leads tbh. But preferably not a comedy. Something darker. Or angst.

Finally they finished 😭 I really can't wait. The girlies and Chimon is my favorite combo ✨ And there's Gawin, too! It's gonna be one of the very few GMMTV series I'm /actually/ going to watch, so I'm looking forward to it 😌

I rate dramas by how emotional they make me feel and if they can catch my attention to the point I actually finish them. And imagine that: I've cried mutliple time while watching this drama. And I finished it despite the fact that it's been few years since I actually finish any Korean drama. So yeah. If you're wondeirng if you should watch it - ignore opinions and give it a go and perhaps you'll find a gem, as I did.

This drama really stole my heart. It's very rare actually for a drama with slower-ish tempo to catch my attention but The Witch is so special... I feel like part of the reason of it being the fact that even though the tempo isn't crazy, every detail of the story and thesequence of the scenes have actual reason and substance to them. Like, it feels purposeful and well-thought. And the acting is just magnificent. I cannot believe we're finishing this beautiful journey next week. It's gonna hurt, I just know it.

I promise you that GOT7 b-sides are even better and will get you hooked on their music quickly. They are totally worth of stanning! Just seven all-rounders all and all.

I really think this drama deserves only more than 8 rating... It's emotional, the acting is great and the way the story unveils is so satisfying to me. The characters feel real and they make me feel so involved, like I really just want to give them a hug. Can't wait to see the rest of the episodes

I'm still watching it, but so far I really really like side characters. I mean, San is interesting and all but Zhuqing and Mubai's story is so fascinating to me. I still have a lot of episodes ahead but I wish I could learn more about their background.

Oh so lots of angst! Idk if I trust New with angst that much considering his previous works and my experience with them, but I hope that if/when the second season comes out the series will make justice to the novels.

Question to kind novel-readers! It actually came to my mind while watching fast-track of ep. 15. Are Tiger and Johan close in the novels? I mean, from the series I guess they got closer when they were getting rif off Temp, I assume? But I'm curious to what extenct they're close in the novels. Enough for Ger to call Johan even when North hesitates to? Not once, but at least twice!! when Jo was in Boston.

Will have fun with imagining all cute interaction - unless of course the series provide me with some scenes on its own. I do hope we'll get to see Arthit and Daotok's story cuz to be honest, from the pov of person who doesn't know the novels I can't imagine these two together. I need their story shown in depth. I need to know everything.

If I'll have to skip through any more Hill x Ter scenes I may actually go insane idk. Their story shouldv'e conclude long time ago. Idk the logic behind dragging their plot at all. I have the same issue with We Are. Instead of giving attention to all couples equally, they're bend on dragging the crap out of a pair that - ironically - is the least interesting one. :/ Hope the last two episodes will focus solely on Jo x North (won't mind Ger x Nao - they are cute and they deserve attention too).
