there are some things i dont understand, hoping someone could enlighten me.- if there is future prince, shouldn't…
i couldnt give my thoughts on the show cause there were A LOT of questions left unanswered for me. but really, fluff was there and i cant think of other shows which surpasses the number of kissing scenes in The Eternal Love 2. They Kiss Again maybe? i didnt count, there were just too many. lol
there are some things i dont understand, hoping someone could enlighten me.
- if there is future prince, shouldn't also there be a future princess? what happened to her? shouldn't the dimensions still exist as they are parallel universes? if the future price merged with the past prince, what will then happen to the dimension where the future prince lives? is it gone? - i also dont understand what happened to the real Tan 'Er. she appeared and died again after 5 seconds. wth. - at the last scene where the 1st prince went crazy Tan 'Er was there? was that just an illusion? - (i dont know if i just missed a part) how did 14th and Jing Xin escape from prison? they just suddenly showed up in front of the merged prince. - what happened to the magical sprit land? this really left me hanging from season 1 and didnt get much explanation in season 2 since they lived in the past. - i thought he wasn't going to live past 25 years old? is it not the case anymore? it looks like it wasnt the issue anymore unlike in S1. but the king still mentioned in the first few episodes. - are they really going to repeat what happened in the first season? cause based on the ending, the demon king is still looking for the owner of the orb, which we already went through in season one.
We are the brave. We are the bold. We can do anything anything.
Oh maybe i shouldve put a spoiler tag. Lol. I find this too funny. I find myself singing with it everytime it comes out. Is it like the universal ringtone or something? Hhahaha!
Huhuhu! I died when Eu Ddeum called her, "Ha Ri sshi, Ha Ri ya" <3
i wanted all the 3 guys to be with her. as a watcher, i had a hard time choosing who to ship 'cause all them were great for her. I Sang however was the last person i wanted her to be with lol but its ok, he's funny.
fated to love you has got to be one of the best brands in dramaland and when i heard of the chinese adaptation, i just couldnt wait to watch it. im so glad this didnt disappoint me. I cant believe this drama made me roll over my bed, bury my face in my pillow because of all the butterflies i felt. no drama has made me feel that way since Go Go Squid. lol
-i love the male lead, ive watched a lot of his previous dramas and his acting in you are my destiny was the best so far. i thought he was just a cold faced handsome ML like Yang Yang (dont get me wrong, i love him, love 'em both) but his expressions, crying, was really great! - i love the couple. this is already their 3rd drama together and i've watched them on The Eternal Love, and my modern fantasy bout them just came true. cant wait for their 4th drama together. -the FL's acting was superb. i already knew how good of an actress she was by playing 2 roles in the eternal love, and her character here is yet another personality. she can really act well.
compared to the OG, - i like how they didnt make the aunt, cousin and the islanders too evil - the ML wasnt as temperemental as in Fated to love you. In fated to love you, the guy's character always had his eyebrows crossed. lol - and tbh, i didnt get SiQi's role. i know she's supposed to be Anson's lover like the eldest sister from the OG but what else? i dont think she added value to the FL's character.
what i liked about this is the history, i get to learn the history of Korea, its kind of similar to my country's which is why this drama got interesting for me. Dont get me started with the 3 gentlemen, I love them! Their rivalry and bromance at the same time, SO CUTE! Also, Moores, love him!
what i didnt like is that 20 year age gap between the ML and FL. could you imagine that the ML is older than Kim Hui Seong's mom IRL? lol. but i guess Lee Byung Hun was the only actor who could play the part perfectly cause of his English and Japanese skills. and i heard he was expensive, maybe thats why they got a not so famous FL.
I didnt really get it at first and felt it was a little boring especially the Japanese part with Wan Ik and Mori. but towards the ending, i felt the passion of the Joseon people which touched me. And the ending was too heartbreaking!! This has got to be one of the saddest kdramas i've watched. :(
My biggest issue with this drama is the very very bad editing....Goodness, the chop and change is done so badly.…
A little bit true for the editing. Some scenes they made it too intense , with the editing and nusic. Wasnt event THAT Intense tbh. Lol. But its still a good drama!! Enjoying it too like you said!
