Ok people, 16 mins to go... Are ya'll ready with your devices? Let's smash these ratings! I feel like MDL should have a live chat counter. Need to keep refreshing the page for latest comments
Lakorn fan since 2010 and ratings differ from time to time. It was never constant. Like in 2010, a rating of 20…
Yeah and it's kinda sad that while the channel's actively promote their websites and apps, they still don't consider that audience to be a part of the regular ratings. These days, more people have smartphone/laptops than actual televisions and this needs to be taken under consideration when compiling the ratings. Because if the series is being live broadcasted on TV as well as the app, the audiences will obviously be divided. But it's not just Thailand. Almost everywhere they use this system, which makes it even more annoying :/
I've been a lakorn fan for quite a long time. Ratings differ according to its era tbh. We have analog and digital…
Huh, if they're still using the traditional AGB Nielsen approach here, then I'm really not surprised. And while MHIL was much more of a trainwreck, it had most of the trappings of a true blue Thai drama, atleast from what it looked like to me. Hence, higher ratings for it would make sense. Whereas we have, hopefully, higher ratings in terms of digital views. And if 3's are considered average, then I hope we atleast maintain that for the rest of the days too because Ch3 will probably only repeat this experiment when they have decent ratings for this one. I really hope once everything's out in the open and our leads get more lovey-dovey, the ratings also get a boost!
Mark lakorns usually have average 5 ratings but so far the highest of mfs is 3.3 :(I think the story isn't dramatic…
Aww, why they doing us dirty like this :(( I feel like this is something that is more our speed, so it might not attract the traditional audiences... Which is a shame because ratings are ultimately decided by actually watching it on TV rather than online... This archaic rating system should be revised everywhere... So many good series fall short simply because it doesn't appeal to a certain demographic of audiences ~.~
Okay, so I'm veryyyyy new to the whole Thai drama scene. Like I've watched Thai dramas before, but never this obsessively and always always after it's finished airing.... So can someone please explain to me how the rating system works? What ratings are bad/average/good/amazing? I would be forever grateful!
LOL, he hurt himself
