It really was game over for immortal disciple CJM when the demoness Si Ying revealed herself. Goddess-in-training LSS came to assist just in time.

Really, to understand the significance of this episode, the Bo're Life Dream Arc is totally unskippable. (except for the presence of the umbrella, tho. that wasn't in the dream arc at all. 😂)

The fight scenes are sooooo good tho!!! totally rewatchable. SY is soooo badass with the umbrella as a weapon (all right, especially with what it actually transforms into😅)

The sect leaders fighting against JM is the only time I ever liked them😅😅😅 after this, except for 2, they're immorons😂

Arrgh. One of the loose plot threads, NBY❤Yue Fuya

That "Aha!" moment is satisfying tho. 😆

Gritting my teeth at the first meeting between these two, like why did they have to lie to each other like that??.... but then again, 500 years is truly a long time. Putting myself in CJM's shoes, what if he really was seeing the true YXW who was LSS? and since she believed that he was long dead, what if LSS was seeing TTJ's reincarnation, CJM? The testing was important.

Or, alternatively, A Blast from the Past! 😅

I really love the interaction between the two sect leaders! Their bestie vibes are the most refreshing parts of the immortal arc😄

CJM works hard to cultivate immortal skills in memory of YXW, while LSS works hard to cultivate the divine way by obliterating the memory of TTJ. -SIGH- these babies.

ZhaoYou acting like the uncle that he is in learning LSS is practicing the Heartless Way--which could be similar to becoming a nun? ---Heeyyy, what's wrong with being single and practicing single blessedness?!?! 🤣🤣🤣

We once had a poll about what sect we'd like to be in, right? I still stand by my answer then, that XiaoYao sect suits me perfectly. 😄😆

The interactions between the old woman and TTJ are also meaningful and touching.

So is ZhaoYou's recognition and acceptance of TTJ, now Cang Jiumin, as a disciple. (Shifu, can you take me in also as a disciple???)
