What is the problem with that? There are many actors with significant age gaps between them, and she isn't even…
What does being a female have to do with it? It's like saying a person cannot be racist if they're black.
Glad you're amused though, personally I do not find the sexualisation of barely legals amusing, but to each his own I guess. If you had any idea what goes on in the entertainment industry like I do, you would not be saying the same thing I assure you.
so you mean to tell me that novel luke is meaner than drama luke?
Yeah, the book is always better to be fair. In the book we always get a glimpse of the characters’ thoughts. But I do wish they were more loyal to the book because from the comments I’m seeing everyone seems to agree that there are some differences.
He must have been 18 right? That scene in episode 1 at 17 years would have been big no no.
Oh wow. You are so right. Personally I don’t agree with people in their teens recording these kind of scenes. They do not feel right by me. I think people that age should be better protected but it is what it is.
I think the romance part is not well developed. It surely needed more episodes
Totally agree. I loved it up until episode 10. Episode 11 did not keep my interest and felt rushed at the same time. The 12 episode format is killing Korean dramas.
People have no idea now true your first statement is. Funny story, I met with an old friend over this summer whom I haven't seen in years. We started talking about our careers and she explained what she does, which is basically styling and costume designing in various productions. The stories she told me of the toxicity surrounding this industry left me shocked! Most actors are obnoxious beyond belief. And then they go on tv for interviews and act like angels.
Like you said, you have to have that kind of personality to get so far in life. You don't get to the top by being kind sadly. But the point being remains, being an a-hole is not exactly illegal is it?
all this over a phone case is wild..There are literaly racists, zionist and rapist that are still not cancelled…
I will not argue that it’s beyond stupid and cringe, because it is. I completely agree. It’s gross and weird.
But…is it worthy of cancellation? In my opinion, no. If tomorrow comes and we hear serious proven allegations that’s a different story.
Also, I get what you mean by your last statement, but I like to think I would share my honest opinion about whomever that person is, regardless of their status. It doesn’t make us parasocial. Parasocial for me is intentially seeking out information about that person and obsessing over it.
There is a Disney logo on the photo, so I am guessing it might be there/Hulu. Unfortunately for me! I “only”…
In my case, even subscribing to Disney Plus does not automatically mean that this drama will be available. I paid the subscription on various occasions to watch specific dramas, only to find out that they are not available in my region, so I paid for nothing. Disney sucks.

Exactly. People are wild. And the sad truth is, when people start calling everyone a pervert then it loses all meaning and actual genuine victims of abuse, rape etc, find it more difficult to find support. Essentially these kind of comments from original poster HELP abusers. Crazy right?
I can only speak for myself. But personally I am neither infantilizing him or putting him on pedestals. You’re reaching and projecting. Like insanely so. The moment I see more serious allegations, I might change my mind but for now, this is not serious enough for me.
‘You all put morals over celebrities’. Please. I don’t have to live by your moral code. I’ll live by mine. Thanks.
