It's not too bad of a show and I can now understand why it was so popular. I mean Guo Jingming is a good director and he does a good job of making everyone look beautiful but honestly I feel like most of his dramas he directs are like super dark. Not like emo and gothic but it has lots of dark colors and shadows.
The costumes were pretty good, everyone looked great. The acting was good, I mean Ju Jingyi isn't much of an actor so I wasn't expecting much from her but everyone else did good.
The story was like mid. The beginning got me caught up and it felt good but it started to get out of hand and kinda went no where. I kept getting lost.
