Well written, great acting

The screenplay was flawless and the chemistry between the main characters was fantastic. The male lead in particular was very believable as a man who deep down feels he doesn't deserve the love of a beautiful, caring woman. Even though he had so little to offer the female lead would've married him anyway, which is what makes this movie so heartbreaking. I found the open ending appropriate. This is billed as a romance but it's actually a tragedy. Two people who love each other deeply but can't be together due to societal pressures.
