They barely let her shine or shows her true power throughout the show and watered down her into damsel in distressed on last 10 eps or so. Eps 30 is my favorite, finally they show Lifei wittiness and cleverness on that wedding scene, the plot is plotting. Didn't expecting Cuixuan still alive and become main villain partner since I try to avoid spoiler and only expecting Qin Yangling as Tongzhou accomplished.

The writer probably got itchy and allergic when they give our couple some sweet moment. The constant misunderstanding from eps 10 onward really just too much for my liking when at start I expecting this drama show the main couple sweet moment more. They really shows their connection through some subtle hint like their unbreakable bond shows up again or how they look at each other from distance. They meant to be a power couple like how they show at wedding scene on eps 30 when they work together beat that old ass Cuixuan but the writer seems hate them so much. Also wdym they get married but they didn't give us anything. Its over decade, when Tongzhou rise his superpower how they let us our main couples become so weak. I know after Sea Calamity they probably lost most of his power and choose to live their peaceful life. But I expecting they made grand comeback at the end and confront Tongzhou head to head only to show both our main couples just losing their power, event Lifei lost her spirit power.
