Viki comments are usually very toxic towards the FLs in dramas.

Now that this drama has finished, I think it would be a good time for us to take a moment and reflect on how much we've grown as people in the years since it started airing.

That's actually something I was wondering. Is she actually both the descendent AND reincarnation of grandy? That's how it seems to me, but I won't lie, I can be a bit thick with this stuff 😂

Personally, I found out villain much more interesting when he seemed more morally grey. Trying to figure out if he was good, bad, or in between was interesting. For me, he just kind of flatlined once his motivation was revealed. The actor is great but he really got to show his chops in the beginning with his character.
Obviously, the airing schedule has nothing to do with quality, but it does make it harder for audiences to maintain a feeling of connection with characters. This becomes an issue when people are used to a certain thing, it changes your tolerance for those things. It's like if you live somewhere where it's normal to have to wait 10+ minutes in a queue at the supermarket, and then someone comes in from somewhere where waiting 1 minute is the norm. 10 minutes will feel like a LOT more than 10 to them, because to them, the one minute probably already feels like a lot because it's 'normal'.
P.S. I hope this doesn't come off as a rude rant, because I don't mean it that way.

I'm hoping that the rating goes up once people start watching who have been waiting for it to end. Yes, it has issues, but compared to other dramas which have higher ratings, I think this one has suffered the most from having a messed up schedule, which is not the fault of the drama, but it's made it much harder to connect with the characters.

It's just occurred to me that she's having a relationship with the reincarnation of her dead ancestor. I get that it's not technically incest, but for me, it definitely gets an ick tick ✅ It's like "Hey baby girl, a couple of lifetimes ago I was your great great great grandfather. Wanna hook up?" 🤣

That came out of nowhere. There was no hint of it before, despite the 6000 flashbacks, and suddenly we've got puppy suicide thrown into the mix??????????

They've managed to make a slightly shorter than average drama feel like it has 100 episodes. Which I suppose is a weird kind of achievement.

He's so funny though. I laughed so hard when he was playing the games, and then when he was sniffing Uncle and distracting him with the treats 🤣

I agree about the colour and that it looks fried to within an inch of its life. Pity, because I think she's gorgeous. Although, if the aim was actually to make her seem like a slightly frazzled teacher, it was a good idea. The writing doesn't seem to back that up though.

The airing schedule hasn't helped. I think this drama would be much more enjoyable if you just watched it straight through. One episode a week tests the patience of people who are used to seeing two, but we're grownups, we knew what we were signing up for, but the two two-week breaks between episodes was just a mess. Throw in a badly written mountain god (who was SO much more interesting in the beginning) and a lot of repetitive flashbacks (especially frustrating when you're only getting one ep a week), and I think a lot of people started to feel like the drama was just messing with them.
