I just watched the first episode. Before, I thought why all the negative comments and reviews. Based on reading the plot here, this drama sounded interesting.
I watched and the I enjoyed the scene of the ML saving people in the tunnel and the pregnant lady. I liked that the ML told details about himself growing up while the phone was still on for the FL to listen.
After the rescue mission, I saw why people are being negative to this drama. The FL seems like one of those cliche FL's. She was daydreaming and whining about and to the ML. And she is a doctor too. Theg couldn't make her character a bit more serious.
I like the main couple during the high school time when they weren't together yet but still good bond. Then during their college time, I was less interested in them and more interested in the second couple about to form.
It was still a good enough drama but I enjoyed it more when they were in high school.
I saw her the first time in The Bond. I liked her for how little of a role she got in their. But after watching Shining for one thing, she become a favorite of mine now. I can't wait to watch brilliant class 8!
I liked the first half of the drama. The middle part I got a bit frustrated because of the plot not getting going and how useless the FL was. The ending was fine. I am glad the FL didn't join the human clan and instead lived with the ML in that immortal world living there forever. Although I wished somehow they made the ML joined the Kunwu clan with the FL.
The best part of the drama was definitely the music. I was a big fan of the music/songs used. I really loved that ending song.
I just finished this drama and loved it. I can't wait for the movie! If you are sick and tired of ML's that are CEO's, charming, rich, cold/mean......... then watch this drama because the ML Zhang Wan Sen is one of the best ML's I have seen. The songs used in the drama were great.
Wow that was a wtf last episode. I only watched and finished this drama because of Rachel Momo. I finished The Bond before this drama and wanted to see another work of hers. The best part of the drama to me was when they went to those poor villages and islands for medical check ups. Everything else I wasn't feeling it. I disliked Rachel's character Meng Yan. The message they were getting across about robot Mo Bai was fine. Robots can develop feelings and things they can't be controlled. Humans can be more evil than robots.
The details for why Meng Yan likes Mo Bai is not deep enough to feel pity in the beginning. In short she likes him because he is like her shiny knight that has come to life. She likes him for his outside features. It could have been better I think if they don't meet before he "dies". Then when they meet, he is a robot but she doesn't fall for him because he is Mr. Perfect. The unthinkable would happen and the robot Mo Bai would slowly develop feelings for Meng Yan.
Maybe it's my fault for watching these types of dramas.
The movie was good but I'd like to see them do more movies with the guy having the terminal illness instead. I know there are some out there but it's usually the girl who has the illness.
One of my favorite Chinese dramas ever and I give it a 10. I really enjoyed seeing the Qiao family grow up from their struggles to their happiness. The siblings bond in this drama was excellent. I thought there would have been more flashback scenes with their mother when they were children. But they only showed her in the first and couple of last episodes. I felt relieved that Yi Cheng didn't die at the end and choose to live. Their father passes away in the end. The message across was how he passed away and his children were let go free. The Qiao siblings still supported him no matter how badly he didn't support them. I loved each Qiao sibling. They all but Si Mei found a partner they married. It was just touching seeing the Qiao siblings with their partners who are now their sister/brother in-laws to each other eating at the table.
This drama reminded me in a small way of a Japanese drama called Hitotsu Yane no Shita (1993).
I just started watching this after Go Ahead and I really love this already. I have watched 10 episodes so far.…
Finished episode 24. So Yi Cheng and Xiao Lang got divorced. It happened quietly. She sent him the divorce papers over seas. I should have saw it coming that the moment she left to go over seas, they wouldn't be together again. I liked them at first but when she stole his work and copied it for herself, I knew she wasn't it. Also she didn't like Yi Cheng's siblings too. All three brothers got divorced Yi Cheng, Er Qiang, and Qi Qi. I want to see Qi Qi live with his blood related siblings now. But Yi Cheng may have found a new partner in Xiang Nan Fang.
I just started watching this after Go Ahead and I really love this already. I have watched 10 episodes so far. There is already so many couples that are teased for each sibling/family member. Yi Cheng is currently with Xiao Lang and I started to like them together. But I have read from comments and elsewhere that many people don't like her. Welp I wonder why is that?
Episode 8: So Todo and Suzuma were the kidnappers but only for Tomoka. The real kidnapper kidnapped everyone else including Koharu Todo's daughter. I don't even know anymore who could be the main kidnapper. So my next crazy prediction is that could it be someone within the police like Katsuragi. I don't really know who is this kidnapper and why. I just expect a good explanation for their intentions for all of these kidnapping they've done.
I just finished episode 6 and a culprit was shown. At the end Haruto finds what it looks like Tatewaki Kanako putting the money into a bag at a location. In the preview for episode 7, we get a better look and it looks like her as well as they are saying Tatewaki Kanako is the ringleader. Also someone used a taser on Haruto when he found out it was Tatewaki Kanako. So it looks like there is at least 2 culprits. You know when it was mentioned in the episode that the smell of the kidnapper had perfume and their body was smaller, I had a suspect in mind. The idea was changed to that the kidnapper is a woman now, I thought about it could it be that lady who is Haruto's coworker at his company. I wasn't expecting Tatewaki Kanako to be one of the culprits. I am kind of let down.
But there seems to be more working with Tatewaki Kanako. I don't believe she is the true culprit of the kidnapping case yet. I need to find out the reason to why she did this. I still think Todo is the suspect.
I still suspect Todo. He is the only one so far that doesn't have a family and failed his kidnapping case. How many more friends does Haruto have that has a kid for the kidnapper to kidnap? I hope it makes sense somehow to who the kidnapper is and why.

I am currently rewatching it and I can admit that episode 8 is my favorite episode in any drama ever.
It's like a masterpiece of an episode.
The best part of the drama was definitely the music. I was a big fan of the music/songs used. I really loved that ending song.
