I watched the first 2 episodes. I don't understand all the hate. What I mean is, if you could watch 2 seasons of Tide of Love it's on the same level. Is it great? No. But it's got me wondering what happened 5 years ago. I will say, the fact that the patches on the police uniforms are practically falling off, the return of Seong Ho from special training in the US would make you think he's a great cop but he's intimidated by his ex (that dynamic worked in TOL), and the very bad S&M (again, just like TOL), had me laughing.

I'm about to start it. I've seen the comments and am hoping either I'm the outlier who likes it or it's so bad it's funny.

It still bothers me that they didn't release ep 10 when it had already been filled-we got the previews for ep 10 at end of 9. Since the author died before tgecseries began airing you'd think they'd honor him, plus the hard work of the crew and cast, by letting us see 10.

why did it seem like ep 9 (the last released on iQiYi) was the end but both here in MDL and on iQiYi it says there are 10 episodes. Is another coming?!!

There isn't a season 2. Originally there was going to be a paid episode or 2 for after they lived together but not enough people paid so it was canceled and money was refunded. I loved it as well, and I always wished we knew who the real couple was since it's based on a true story, but I guess they chose to remain anonymous as it was never revealed. I hope you enjoyed the whole series I did.

I loved this series but that line from ep 12 when U and North are with the singing instructor and she leaves the room after U sings and he says, "she had to step outside to appreciate the song." 🤣🤣

I liked it a lot and yes, more realistic of an ending but I don't want most likely endingdue to the culture at that time but happy together ending.

I'm still so sad about Red Peafowl, it looked incredible
