Suspenseful but fails as BL

It started out great: someone not seeing themselves in the mirror but someone else struggling with a huge issue, not knowing if a character did or did not commit murder, vigilantes, etc. The series is short, only 6 episodes. You get all the answers to the above. But how do you call something a BL when one person commits suicide because the other rejects him, and the 2 main characters hug in a friendly, consoling, "I believe you; you're not alone" way? It should be marketed as a regular youth drama. The actors did a great job though.

If they returned to film a solid final episode this could be a wonderful series

I liked both the younger and older actors. The story was sweet but it hurt to see Peach blow off Smart for a whole year. Who can't speak to their friend once in a while and still study for exams? Why, even after she was told that Smart was Peach's close younger brother, did Smile still act so threatened-even before meeting Smart? It seemed to me (unlike some others here) that Peach did acknowledge that the song was written about him when he asked and teased him to the point that Smart asked "Why is your face so close?" Peach didn't respond by rejecting or accepting Smart's feelings which wasn't normal. How was Smart, so shy at freshy events he had trouble introducing himself, suddenly able to come out AND confess to Peach in front of their faculty? Do they get signed on as a Duo and also become lovers? Do they get signed but Peach rejects Smarts feelings creating awkwardness when dating others? Does only 1 get signed? What about their friends? If they returned to create 1 or more well-written episodes that addressed everything, it would be great. I know they were 2PLAYERZ but finishing the series would be nice.

Sweet story but no spicy scenes

I almost didn't watch it because of the previous reviews on here. I decided to try and I liked it. Yes, the MC start from an argument when Tian hits Poon's brother with a car (no injuries). Like all BLs there are misunderstandings between the 2 MCs and the 2 in the side couple. But no major fighting nonstop. In fact, there are a lot of sweet scenes. The kisses are those press your lips and stand together kind, no spicy ones. Yes, Amy, an old friend of Tian's who is after him is more of a caricature than a real person. I will say there were a few well written lines in the scenes between the side couple that make you feel Mayom's sadness. Happy endings all aroun. It's not a top tier BL but the cast did a great job. I also learned so many som tum variations!

Unique Storyline with loveable cast

Kevin/Kawin (depends on subtitles) comes to Thailand to visit his aunt, uncle and cousins after 10 yrs. He's a ghost hunter on social media because his ex suddenly died while he was studying abroad and he wants a final conversation. Kevin's relatives are all ghosts who died right before Kevin's arrival-which he does not realize. Due to ghost rules they can't leave the property so they hire Pleum to do errands and help around the property. Romance is sweet between Pleum and Kevin but of course issues arise. More than kissing but not NC stuff either. The director's cut, a separate final episode, has a more sensual scene than the initial final episode. The whole cast did well, the ghosts have their own things to settle in this life as well. Some sadness but ends in a nice way.

Twists all the way to the end

I liked this a lot. If you prefer fluffy, this isn't for you. Not as spicy as BoC's KinnPorsche but it does have the ass slap heard round the world (Thanks,Ta). The only part that was hard to watch was the backstory of Non's disappearance. There was 1 episode where I had to just hope Barcode's character would kill them all in a later episode because the bullying was so bad😆 I liked the whole cast and it was nice to see some familiar faces again. We got to see how the characters changed over time. There were things woven into the story that led viewers down wring paths for solving what was happening. I know some viewers didn't like White dying because yes, he was totally innocent. But then life isn't always fair. A lot of twists and turns that you wouldn't be able to figure out on your own (e.g., the drugs) Even the last 10 minutes surprised me and I like that.
