We also can't minimize the lying and manipulation of both brother and his lover, as well as the ex-wife. Each moment of this drama is filled with deplorable and often complicit behaviors from everyone.

They seem to always start crap and then run and hide from accountability. All under the guise of "well meaning intentions." Ugh!

I'm not sure. I think they saw the gift as trash and threw it in the trash.

Or, they were complaining because it wasn't a big enough bribe! Snarky and petty!

I thought it was because it was homemade. Petty bishes looking down on handmade thoughtfulness.

A third option is the original SSR wasn't really developed as a character, so she's pretty disposable. The writers may take the path of coma, then she dies or Kang Dan Shin can embody her again. We know that the white truck of doom means either death or coma. Soooooooooo, we'll know when the finger moves in the hospital room. You know that's how they wake up from a coma in kdrama land.

Also, Grandpa may need another kidney and Kang Dan Shin/SSR might be a match. Or he needs a blood transfusion and they find out Psycho Man is not a match and didn't give up a kidney earlier! (I would be greatly satisfied with that outcome!)

Just like this drama, the comedy disappeared in PMC and it lost my attention. But, I finished it, just like I will finish this one. I really like the skills of all the actors.

Dan Shin didn't die in Joseon but survived the poisoning. Maybe she will be happily ever after with the Grand Prince who reveals that the King is a murderer. (I had to throw that mess in because he has to be a psychotic killer!) While in modern day, SSR returns to being a doormat and CSG loses his memories of being the Grand Prince.

What would be wild is if Grandma and Grandpa meet and fight it out!!!!!! Mr Son meets and gets down with the Shaman. *howls*

Maybe this is the off ramp for the real SSR to die. Then, Kang Dan Shim can quickly reincarnate as a new person with good attachments like in Grandpa's delusions. Or, will SSR be the reincarnation and have the memories of Kang Dan Shim?

Either way, we have 4 more episodes to traumatize or trauma/bond as viewers.

Where did the real SSR go - back to Joseon?

I worry that the real SSR will be weak and waste all the achievements that were made while she was "gone."

Dear Grandpa. You want a fairy tale marriage for your grandson that doesn't exist - especially with the woman/family you're aligning him with. You can't see the viperous control and manipulation by this spoiled selfish toddler and her ridiculous enabling family. There's no love there, just obsession with having a new toy.

I wouldn't put it past him to have paid someone to donate that kidney. Hee-hee!

There's no proof he's killed family members it just seems odd that family members keep getting into "accidents" and die - especially those that are perceived as barriers to him being king/emperor/chairman of the conglomerate.

The actor is doing a great job making me hate his character!

Does grandpa know that Mun Do is a psychotic ball of soot and has killed so many family members?!!!!
