On a random note, this drama is definitely on my re-watch list. I'm working my way through the manhua during my breaks. I tutor neurodivergent students on balancing chemical equations and calculating mass of chemical elements. :)

I agree, someone filled in the gaps for each assignment FL accomplished. Does pimp feel like she rescued FL from something horrible and therefore FL is in debt to her. Or, is it a case of misery loves company and abject jealousy? Not sure, but we're both here for it!

I just pictured Guan as a lab rat!!!!!! :)) There are some things that doc is flushing out that imply a prior knowledge about FL's past mistress gigs. I get such a "Sixth Sense" movie vibe from doc's character. I'm still struggling with why he's such a large plot device that he's even pictured in the drama poster. Or, am I being sideways?

I had the same thought. I expected the cheating because he was depending on Chan to maintain his entire relationship. It seemed like he did not offer any emotional labor to support that relationship. I bet he and Miss Jingle Jangle are having their happily ever after with no thought to the destruction they caused.

I don't like when that happens. The screenwriting depends on a 2 episode viewing and when an ep gets postponed, it's like driving a car with 1 flat tire. It would be nice if we get 3 eps next week. Then the timing and cliff hangers won't be out of sync.

I get that doc is trying to project an image of being healthy, trying to work and be normal during this situation. It's all smoke and mirrors with that man. He's so creepy and slick. To me, he's just as evil as LL with those whisperings. Ugh! Do you think he's the one actually working with Guan to demolish FL?

I, too, am worried that team bitchstreet (love that) will be a major problem until the last episode.

AX is like a drug addict trying to reform and LL is his drug dealer. Sadly, she's not ever going away. 2 steps forward, 3 steps back for AX. If he truly wants to be free, he can end it and block her, or does her name appear in published musical colaborations? Is there a working contract between them? She's only in the friend group because of AX, right?

So many questions, but I'm really enjoying the drama AND the chat group!

It's going to be interesting to see what team pimp/am/ex concoct to throw at FL. I also don't buy into Sen's 180 degree change overnight. He's entirely too volatile when he doesn't get his way. I agree that Yu is slipping and I hope she can catch herself before it's too late...it's the makings of a new pimp. AM is just as disgusting and manipulative as LL and I hope the recompense is stout for both of those diseases!!!!! AND, where the heck is Ms. Patient?

I think it's 2 things behind the return of the ex. 1) ML is making the business work AND be profitable, 2) Instigation by pimp and stalker in an attempt to destroy FL and ML's happily ever after. I have confidence that FL will see this interference as a plot by pimp after she spends an episode thinking it through.

I agree, ML needs to emphatically set boundaries with stalker girl, before she gets consumed and burned by her obsession. It's probably too late for her because she's a petulant child and wants her toy at any price. She keeps talking about their life in the states...as if she wasn't f'cking one guy and thinking of f'cking the man in the adjacent room. Ugh!

I wish that Yu and MM would become friends and enjoy a healthy journey together after they both break up with those man babies. Yu wants revenge, but I know she will end up with all the pain.

It made me giggle to see those jabs at An Miu. XX was targeting well. I see the An Miu character as a petulant child. It was good to see accountability being placed on her by the "adults."

I agree with you! I liked how MM set boundaries in this episode. I look forward to seeing her maintain those boundaries. Sen is a big mess and he needs therapy...LOTS of therapy. I tried to be lenient since this is his first relationship. BUT, he's got more issues than Vogue magazine!!!!!

I think MM has lost herself to that trash she's so deluded about. I'm interested to see what the real MM is like. She needs to be single and get healthy before she takes on broken Sen. He too is lost in his delusions about MM. Dang it! Everybody needs therapy!!!!

I think that AX and his wife built their relationship on passion and need. The passion has subsided and the need has been satisfied for AX. It's like being overfed and not desiring or needing food any more. His relationship with his wife, if they are BOTH willing, needs to be carefully rebuilt or entirely demolished. This directionless middle ground is not helping either party.

That emotional infidelity is awful. Those crack people or crumb snatchers getting struggling people in their "emotional support" boat and creating entrapment and fostering emotional dependence disguised as romance are disgusting. Breaking that bond is tricky. That's why I love Gong. He struggled, but discovered that it wasn't romantic love, and put both relationships in their proper places. It takes time and your partner (e.g. AX's wife) has to be totally committed to the relationship/person to accept their behaviors while "righting the ship."

AND, who was she talking to about "getting the shots?" It sounds like a job senior...OR, Madam Entrapment. Has the madam moved on to targeting our ML through "unrequited love sister" perhaps. I know...I'm just all over the place.
