I loved it. I liked how it shows that privacy violation is a double-edged sword. And the last two episodes the drama feels like an 80s horror cult movie. Fantastic! It didn't need detailed explaining. I was tired of k-dramas, they became too predictable, but S Line, with all its weirdness, made me believe that I should keep trying to watch them.
Zhao Jin Mai is one of my favorite actress of her generation. Also happy that Zhang Ling He is not taking historical/xianxia ML only, I am curious to see how his acting will evolve.
It was dragging at the beginning, but after +/- episode 16 it got better. Leads chemistry and Tang Dynasty culture were still there to save this second part. I didn't expect the emperor to be so inexperienced, almost dumb... Special mention goes to the empress, she was epic and owned one of the most beautiful/romantic scene of the season. Also liked to watch Miles Wei as villain.
It was entertaining and fast paced. But somehow I feel they wasted the main couple. One of the actress with the most beautiful eyes, with the master of micro expressions actor deserved more complex characters. I feel the script was sugarcoated somehow... Besides Liu Xue Yi, who is getting better and better in his acting, Zhang Zheng Yang did great as the emperor. It is a drama packed with events, what makes it loose its depth, but still worth watching.
I was skeptical at the beginning, cause I don't like historical comedies. But this is so funny and intelligently written that I had to surrender!! This drama has a good balance of comedy, drama, action and romance. FL leader annoyed me a little, but I wasn't expecting Liu Yu Ning would be so good in a comedy character!!
I feel like Rui is villain, cuz he either playing stupid to make fool everyone
Me too, he is very loud when blaming 7th prince. I feel like he is evil behind the annoying and clumsy mask..It is like he is jealous of Nam Heng since their childhood.
I liked the 1st episode. It is very relatable for the ones who have an office life. They way it shows the food and the city ( An Ju Hyeong taking the bus to visit the client) was nice. The first case was brief but good too, I wasn't expecting it would be involving LGBT people. Something very uncommon in Korean dramas. I seems to be a fresh and realistic (for adults) drama.
Excellent well paced script, engaging storytelling and perfect acting from leads to supporting actors. This drama is surprisingly good!!Elegant, poetic, sometimes dark and very emotional without being excessively sentimental. I loved Mo Qing Chuan fighting scenes and the art production overall. Truly a hidden treasure!!
It's a 10/10 for me. Great acting and perfect script. I didn't miss romantic scenes, because love was there all the time. To be honest, I really don't like fluffy school/youth drama. Reborn tackled a very sensitive issue from a fresh perspective and treated the topic of youth and growth with all the respect it deserves. Realistic and beautiful.
Heavy stuff happens to those kids...and I wonder if it was the right choice to film it in a light way, maybe if it were not a short length series the last episodes could be better developed. They dropped a bomb and jumped to four years later.
This drama caught my attention. It's amazing how straight forward it is about society problems. With the exception of "Stand by me", I usually don't like school dramas. But I am hooked by the mystery.
