The series Tharntype will tell you more about some of the side couples. Type(Thyme) and Tar (Ta) are played by different actors, and it is set before this one. But I still haven't gotten clear information on whether Tum and Tar are actually blood brothers or not.

I think the working meetings are random but I also believe that after the pharmacy run-in Fan Xaio tailed Shulang back to his apartment and laid the red bricks.

My guess is Tonkla(blackmailed/forced by outside player) but I do not like the boyfriends reactions there is some drama there. I just feel that that drama is a red herring.

I did not like that 'date'. All of the controlling and rough housing from Saint. I kept expecting a panic attack from Ice and found it too unrealistic that he didn't have some kind of trauma related explosion. Ice's response to his mother was much better written and more realistic.
