Their oppas acting with someone older really triggers them. We don’t even know if there will be romance, but…
you must be too dumb to comprehend it. you said JDY was "too old for her part", as in she was too old to be playing a mom to a high school senior. that is simply false because the other moms are around the same age as her! again CASE CLOSED.

no she was not to old... why are most of the actresses that played the other moms around Jeon Doyeon's age then? Sunjae's mom is 49, Sooah's mom is 46. CASE CLOSED.
you really dont understand the difference between JDY and LCW. they are not comparable. jeon doyeon is a legend and changwook should be honored to even be offered to work w her as her costar.

where in this movie did it say she is playing a character in the late 30s? also in Crash Course, it is never explicitly stated that Haengson is in her late 30's....
Compare Joseon Exorcist w Snowdrop. Under your definition, both would show gross distortions of history (I dont agree with it). Snowdrop received arguably greater backlash than Joseon Exorcist. The hyper sensitive Knetz thought they would be able to cancel the show just like Joseon Exorcist. Disney+ promptly shut that shit down and put them in their place... The difference was the writers and the international network (Disney+) behind Snowdrop didn't cave to the crazy Knetz. Thank god they didn't. Imagine if Snowdrop was cancelled and the world would've missed out on an amazing drama.
you (conveniently) are also missing freedom of expression and speech, both CRUCIAL aspects of a democratic society. What kind of country is free when there is censorship when people don't like something? Joseon Exorcist was FICTIONAL. if korean citizens had a problem w the show, they could've *simply* not watched it. instead, they went crazy (as they usually do) and had it cancelled when 18/20 epsiodes were already filmed. the actors, writers, directors, production staff work all wasted away. do you know how much money went into a production like this, of this size? so no, I cannot and willnot sympathize with the Koreans who felt their history was being distorted (it was not).
He was the ML for Joseon Exorcist back in 2021 (notice how it took him so time to make a comeback in dramas after this), and it was cancelled after it premiered it's first two episodes. It was because of how sensitive and illogical Koreans were, claiming the show distorted their history or whatever.
