Lol I tried to watch it closely to see if they did that because I thought I had recognised one of the actors from somewhere and I guess I caught a scene were mandarin and cantonese overlap 😆 I don’t understand either language so its easy for me to bare but I guess if you are a native speaker its annoying for you to notice!

Lol why are people complaining about dubbing? Hello this is a HK/CHN series, which CHN BL hasn’t had any dubbing? I love my self a good enemies to lovers and this is giving that and more. There is a decent plot too, ignore the rating and give this show a chance, I am 2 episodes in and I thoroughly enjoy it.

I think that’s why he quit from the police 😂, he knew that he was going to break a lot of laws to solve his cases

Lol I mean he quit his job as a police officer and is relentless in his pursuit of what he thinks are fraudsters. Whether his actions are a net benefit to society are up for debate. Like with that little girl, he told his co-investigator to visit her everyday to show that people care about her but it could also be seen as a pressure tactic to get the girl to confess that her mother was harming her for the insurance money. Even those delivery guys are afraid of him, if they each had a backstory like our female lead we would feel like he is doing too much, anyway, it looks like his attitude has started to shift as he digs deeper into the case and is willing to reflect on it. We shall see how it goes next episode.
