Anyone knows the difference between the cut and uncut version? Like is there a significant difference in the bl parts or just political stuff?

Does anyone know whether there is an actual difference between the movie and the webdrama? I mean except the sex scenes? If yes does anyone know where i could watch the movie, cause all i find is the series. Thanks :)
