Pat is someone who is willing to through even hell for Pran. That is just how deep his love for Pran is. Those…
It was said before, Pran fell first, but Pat fell harder.
What I love about their relationship, is that Pran built all those walls around him, trying not to get hurt by being close to Pat, keeping the distance, because once he gets closer he gets hurt (he said it himself). And Pat, once he realised his feelings, he decided slowly but surely break all those walls and get Pran out of there, get him more open about his feelings, out and proud to some extent.
And he's so patient with Pran, knowing that he wants to announce their feelings to the whole world, but he's willing to meet Pran halfway or even keep it all closed. That's why I felt that the conversation in Ep8 4/4 was so important, because it showed the willingness of both of them to compromise and respond to the needs of another person.
Is the alternative ending for Killer and Healer just a written version from the scriptwriter, or is it actually…
I managed to finish LOF, it started being a bit better halfway through. I've heard their budget was large, but it really must have gone on the actors salaries because honestly, it was shite in terms of production. On the other hand CGI in CQL was also rubbish, but it was a better written story (even if the whole LWJ x WWX romance was written off and rewritten as a 'bromance' and it worked much much better.
I have Luoyang on my watchlist so I will, at some point.

I'm patiently waiting for Being a hero, hoping it won't flop/be sh*t. After Legend of Fei I have little hope for the choices Yibo makes when it comes to making good dramas. CQL was the only good drama he made
I'm trying to think of Wai. He's not so well off like Pat and Pran, he needs to work in a bar and was happy to get a scholarship to fund the school. So his parents don't support him well enough to make it through the uni. I don't know if he feels worse than his friends because of his material situation, but that's a possibility.
Architecture is always difficult course to get in, he must be clever as well then.
You are right, with Wai pushing Pran into music with Freshy contest, songwriting and trying to get him to the sound team, he must know that music is very important to Pran, that's why he keeps talking Pran into it.
There is definitely TONS of prejudice between Architecture and engineering, clearly enforced by the older generations so it's natural these two groups argued from the beginning. And with Wai's attitude it's obvious he's gonna start arguments and fights as well.
ooh that's a good point!! he must have hated everything and his depression spiralled. He naturally didn't say a word to Wai about his feelings to Pat in HS, but Wai must have been a good friend back then.

Check this MDL discussion, it's the edited version from the other scenes from the show. If I get the breadcrumbs of a happy ending, I choose to watch shows that way.
I've watched SCI which is based on a BL novel, as well as Killer and Healer. This one has an alternative ending which I suggest everyone disappointed with the original one to watch and treat as a headcanon.

I'm very excited about that Tony Leung movie, YB looks amazing in the BTS photos, all suited up nicely!
