Push is so god damn beautiful but I can't really get over how horrible "hiring someone for their blood, feeding them blood nourishing food, keeping them on standby for blood donations" sounds LMFAO I'd feel very dehumanized if I were FL tbh and I would not want to be at a company that treats employees like that...she seems to genuinely want to donate and is happy receiving meals knowing she is being fed for the value of her blood but man what a shitty thing to do to a person imo

I rlly do be struggling with this premise of this man having absolute power over her. its so funny bc she was invited to this party out of a desire to repay a debt but she was pressured to attend by her superior and feels compelled to spend money she doesnt have on a dress and a gift LMFAO she's going bc the other person wants her to, bc the other person would feel better, so she's doing it for the other person. man id be seething she doesnt even have autonomy over what she eats for lunch or what she eats at ALL nah I could not do it

ill admit tho that the boss music whenever she sees him is hilarious lOL but man this isn't romantic im desperately hoping for good development. omg not the SFL framing her for theft ugh

there are multiple couples and I loved them all. this drama has some of the best character/relationship development and payoff ive ever seen, just watched it for the second time T__T

Second last ep, it was kinda interesting to see conversations around marriage/necessity/why theyre doing this but 1) so many other plot lines idc about and 2) wtf is this ex love interest they wanna introduce now I stg if she is a driver of waen's decision ... I just keep getting disappointed w this drama and it SUCKS bc of the stellar leads and the INCREDIbLE FUCKING POTENTIAL like but seriously, this is a guy ur gna marry specifically to appease his dad and u know next to nothing about him really! and you've had front row seat to how marriages based on nothing dissolve

I love push and gypso together and I love when lakorns have non-toxic MLs but man whenever there's a lighthearted one like this, they always focus on everything OTHER than the cute leads. I wish this one focused on the leads a lot more

FINAL VERDICT: I think...this show really disappointed me because of the potential of all that it could have and should have been. We had FANTASTIC leads, like incredible leading actors who did so well in their roles and had phenomenal and natural chemistry. I loved the budding friendship, I loved the support they gave each other, I loved the conversations. The thing with this show is that there is so much more I wanted from them and so much less from all the rest of the plots. By the end, despite all my anger, frustration, and disappointment, I was grinning like a god damn fool and it sucked because THAT'S what this drama should have been! Those scenes between them in the end of the last episode.- thats what I wanted! I wanted more development between them, I wanted more them. The premise was great, the execution horrible, but the acting and chemistry amazing and with promising threads of other characters that were ruined. Man :( Missed the mark in the most frustrating way. I need these two to star in another romcom together STAT bc I cant keep rewatching sup'tar

I second five enough! also, when I finished this drama I was launched int oa void too. I rlly enjoyed watching "be my dream family" - almost quit in the first few eps, persisted, then it became one of my favs. someone in the comments here actually mentioned it to me!

ONE of the reasons I specifically don’t like older woman / younger man stories tho (and obviously this isn’t specific to this drama since I haven’t watched it) is bc of how much the plot ends up mentioning it. Like it can’t just be two adults, the age gap always has to be brought up and often in a really misogynistic way that ruins my enjoyment like Idw it to be a plot point

also I could only watch this lakorn by skipping HEAVY and ignoring a lot of things lol, barely watched last two eps but its all legit worth it for the sight of ML stalking slowly towards the man who almost hurt his girl kekeke
