i really didnt think the leads had chemistry, especially when you compare both the leads in their other shows where they normally have lots of chemistry because theyre good actors, the chemistry just didnt hit for me it seemed awkward till the end
you know how sometimes a drama feels like its part of a bigger world and some shows that feel like it lives in its own, this show was a mix of both and idk how i feel about it. but either way its not as bad as the reviews say maybe a little cliche and the romance was kinda lost by the last few eps so you now 7.3 maybe
I've loved his work since 2019, run on is literally my favorite drama of all time because of him and shin sae kyeong. hope i get to see him in similar roles as well, but his versatility is insane. loved mantis
the fl really had nothing to offer, i didnt see any growth or any real explanation for why they broke up in the first place. later on i get it she didnt want her bf to be taking care of her in every which way but i really think that could have just been a conversation and then it wouldve made sense to break up if the problem still persisted. all in all there was too much turmoil for nothing in my opinion
i thought thats what he meant by people dont change, in the flashback seon yeong says you shouldve died too, and then sung ho's face so i think she killed her own mom, and then her half sister showing the cycle of people not changing
i get why people say they dont like the dialogues but i feel like its a good representation of how two foreigners who only have one language in common would speak, theres bound to be some awkwardness in language
loved the lesbian representation as something normal and not this unusual thing
the lee mi ju arc was genuinely really fun for me
choi min ji friendship was actual goals
