From the opening credits it looks like there is going to be a serious love triangle in this drama. Surprising... surprising... not that every other drama did not have a love triangle between ML-FL-2ML. Why is it always this way? sigh**

I agree.. Furthermore it was unbearable to see his double standards. To some extent, he also had narcissistic character traits. 🙄 I also had my problems with the ML at first, but at least he had a good character development.
You will be disappointed if you are here for the "Romance"! Imho MDL should remove "romance" as a genre from this drama and add "romance" as a tag.
'Xin Zheng' (ML's father) and 'Li Quan' are both quite crappy characters. Until the end I could not start to like them at all... all in all a pretty boring drama, but 'Zhao Lu Si' still delivered. 👍

Half the show FL cries about her ex bf... later she lets go, but the last two episodes the love triangle gets annoying due to misunderstandings due FL giving the ex bf the time... going to dinner with him, getting in his car etc.. even after everything he did. 😅
Yes, it was just to have a chat, but it was unnecessary. As ML was already someone who had trouble talking about his feelings, things went downhill after he saw them together.. FL never wanted to give her ex-boyfriend a chance, but her actions looked strange from the outside and led to misunderstandings.

Despite the last 2 episodes... the drama was really good overall... but the typical misunderstanding near the end and last minute HE kind of ruined an otherwise great drama. But still worth watching, give it a try.
Did FL lose her backbone in epi 13, talking to that douche like nothing happened, even getting into his car...…
