I took a sneak peak in the scenes of ending remarks, and there was a scene where GW kissed LZX on her cheeks. He did it so fast but my heart still melted because of the way how he did it. πβ€οΈ
Wow, I love how the story and relationship of our leads progressed, it was beautifully written and makes me crave for more. The way LZX and GW slowly opened up to each other and had mutual understanding is definitely one of the biggest assets this drama has, and the portrayal of the distant-but-close father-daughter relationship is so relatable and realistic. Another thing that made me love this more is how the characters are like open books. They show a wide-range of emotions, thanks to the actors' acting, that's why we can easily tell what they are feeling. I'm so satisfied to see that GW isn't the type of ML who tends to be one-dimensional when they portray an aloof character. He has shown us a lot of emotions and Iβm loving his character growth, he now knows to step out of his comfort zone and accept LZX's encouragement. On the other hand, LZX is a person who can get nosy at times but sheβs sweet and does not easily give up on people (like her father) and her dreams. Being with our mature GW, she got a lot of comfort too and had character development. Seeing how they grow closer to each other, I had more reasons to root for them to be together.
Don't understand why so many people like this drama. I watched 2 episode but can't continue. Not interesting even…
Because of the chemistry, for me. To be honest, I enjoyed this more than I thought I would. The plot went through a lot of ups and downs, but the funny and cute scenes made me finish it. I tried watching this before because of Mark but ended up falling for Mew haha.
After a week of not going to this page, I thought I'll be able to move on with this drama. But guess what? I still can't lmao, and the TRS novel just made me want more of our Lee-Lee Couple even though it's kinda impossible. ><
I remember one incident. I was in 7th standard in 2010. And me and my friend were sitting on last bench. And physics…
Okay wait HELP I just wanna say it was SO fun how you started replying with a lot of emojis because of the first comment lmao πππ I'll say you pass the vibe check HAHAHA π€£π€£π€£
I watched this when it aired on a PH TV Channel before, and as a younger kid that time who just loves watching dramas, I love it that time. So I tried to re-watch it a while ago - and sadly I suddenly can't get into the story π. I'll still give it a try though and continue watching it because I kind of hate dropping dramas lol, and still hoping to see light in this drama despite the huge amount of negative feedbacks.
Pleaseee I watched a lot of TOOL videos in Douyin and GW's sweet little acts of service for LZX had me giggling, silently screaming and walking around our house. ππ¦
I think someone needs to change the synopsis here in MDL soon when we get to know more details in the drama. Aside from what @UltimateFangirl said that the synopsis said "She has a loving boyfriend who she'll eventually break up with and then she'll meet Gu Wei," it also said that "She is forced to attend to his ailing health, and all of a sudden is forced to say goodbye to the job she was hoping to take." But it was shown that she is the one who volunteered to help his father, and they are financially stable at the moment so...?
Hmm ... Am I the only one who didn't complain about LZX's attitude towards GW and how she didn't trust him because of her personal impression of him? I mean first of all, she had no reason to side with him at all after overhearing the issue. She's also young and still had a lot to learn, we already saw in Ep1 that she also had like some kind of temper and that's part of her personality. LZX is not perfect too, she speak and act rashly ngl - considering the fact that she only believed what's written online instead of believing the professional one lmao, she didn't thought of GW's feelings that time. But tbh, I like it that she was written this way because if she was a know-all and understanding young woman, then I think her actions will be less convincing. I would love to see her character growth in the near future. We can tell she listened to what GW said at the cafe because she didn't talk back anymore so I think she's also someone who can see and acknowledge if she's the one at fault.
In The Untamed, Xiao Zhan's main character trait is playful, so it's so refreshing to me to see a different side of him in this drama! And Yang Zi was so adorable too, her scene with Daisy putting lipstick on YZ in front of the pub was so relatable lmao because my friends often did that in front of any place π. I'm so in-love with the Little Theatre every after each episodes, how did TOOL team came up with those?! Plus I'm loving our lead's chemistry! <33
And I love how GW just laughed it off >< Aaaccckkk my heart!
