Ep 19-23 focus on the political side/main plot which is resolved in 23. Ep 24 is a bit of a filler with ML losing his memory. Resolved at end. Wedding last scene.
As for whether to keep watching, i found the first half of the drama extremely entertaining, the second half fell somewhat flat in acting and engaging content but ultimately tied up things with happy endings.
Eps 15 & 16 were great. Particularly loved when both the MLs called Minister Shen "uncle" at the same time. The comedic timing has been really well done so far. :)
