I thought someone else would add it so i left it for a week. I've submitted the details so should be included in the next 2 days.

no doubt kokuto will give you the answers but ill try and fill in bits!
1. yes happy ending. probably 6 because it was a bit slapped together at the end.
2. no love triangles. the FL and ML only like each other after the FL breaks up with the A.I slop.
3. way more fluff. 80/20
4. 2nd to last episode (i think)
5. kind of break up in the same episode i think and they patch it up (move on) in the last.
6. FL has insecurity issues so always thinks ML has a girlfriend (misunderstanding) she only really moves on from her delusion once they are together. she thinks he is poor and spends the 2nd last episode being bratty about it once she finds out.
7. business plot holds up OK! 2nd and 3rd lead plots also OK
8. i wouldnt say they have any romantic chemistry as actors. but their childish behaviours to each other throughout series is entertaining and made their interactions good enough to watch

all your points are valid and adequately explain the situations. thank you for taking the time to reply. :) i guess at the end of the day it's how i wasn't left feeling satisfied and i think that mainly has to do with all the content cut which i saw you write about because the ending felt soo rushed for the characters relationships. Suddenly everyone was together like they'd been together for months haha

Why on earth did Zhao De tell Qian Fei about the ML's missing phone and email. If he had kept his mouth shut, he wouldn't have been caught.

Why wasn't Li Yi Fei at the airport with his little yellow car waiting for Qian Fei when he already looked up the flight arrival time? Seemed only to serve the plot of her getting in an accident/injured so the ML would show his feelings.

Qian Fei was actively avoiding Wang Ruo Hai and his advances in later episodes. Meanwhile JingJing (who we were shown really did not like Wang Ruo Hai), was corresponding with him giving her information to him for the job for her. It made no sense since JingJing would not give Wang Ruo Hai the time of day ESPECIALLY if QF was blocking him.

There were a bunch of these things that I found really silly towards the end with the lack of consistency of the characters' personalities.

Until last 4 episodes 7.5, after them 5.5 and drama went from 0 to 100 with relationships. and the characters were not consistent (FL and 2nd FL lead). Seemed like a modern drama from 2018 with its plot holes. Still watchable but really dropped off at the end like crazy.

Favourite actor from Love Has Fireworks. She has a great on-screen presence.

she is the one that jumps off the building as she mourns her mother's death. the ML has a premonition of this so he prevents the accident in ep 1

so real you saying this for this drama <3

1. It is an extremely unique story.
2. Sci-Fi elements actually explained logically that blow your mind.
3. Has some really amazing moments and scenes (ep 27 god of poetry for example).
4. Super super intelligent storyline and how it pieces all the parts together towards the end.
5. Cool fight scenes
6. Funny banter between characters (eg. Hai Tang Duo Duo & ML (later half)
7. Acting from all actors is great
8. Mystery and suspense trying to work thing out
9. Cool characters
10. One of the best C-dramas of all time.

22 eps in and it's a real dumpster fire of a drama. These two female leads are two of my favourite actresses but this story line is straight up bad.

Ai Wei goes to divorce her husband and the husband convinces her to throw Jiang Zi under the bus with abuse allegations, since the physical abuse by Ai Wei's husband was leaked to the media. The two FL's fall out... and honestly can't even be bothered to write all the lame things that happen after that. I think this doesn't even live up to the quality of a vertical/micro drama, which is crazy. No depth of emotion, no real lessons being learned, just a waste of film reel. Ugh. Dropped.

P.S Yang Shou probably the best character yet such a background/side character that he doesn't redeem the drama at all.

Wan Qian is an amazing actress but for me she doesn't save this drama. Can't speak for whether you will like it, but I didn't personally enjoy the first 18 eps. Bit too heavy with the melodramatic aspects of a broken marriage imo. I think someone would have to LOVE some of the actors to push through a lot of it (or skip parts). I was thinking whyy did they bother to make this drama of such mediocre quality when these actresses could have been actually staring in other quality productions. Ah well

If it were a Thai drama of course that would have been possible but this is a Chinese drama from two very famous actors so it's going to conform to all the societal norms.

i've watched up to ep 18 and hard no to your question. The story focuses on Jiang Zi's journey as a blogger. She develops a romantic relationship with Luo Xin (ML) and there are scenes of their romantic journey.

Ai Wei's problematic relationship with her husband is a big focus of the story but it's more about her inner world not being ideal compared to her polished public image. Wu Han seems to be the love interest that will bloom after ep 18 for Ai Wei.

Jiang Zi helps Ai Wei but in a strictly plutonic and non-romantic way; so no GL sorry.

Who Rules the World definitely - smart ML, at times fun and great drama (last 10 eps dragged and i skipped most) but for me up there with SSS and JOL. See it's on your PTW list, and personally would say it has a pretty good vibe and COULD appeal to your likes.

I think everyone should judge dramas for themselves. what appeals to xingye might not appeal to you, and visa versa, you might love legend of fei (like I did). we as humans have 20+ years of personal experiences and what touches your heart is going to be completely unique to you, so I'd recommend giving legend of fei a go - so what if you "waste" 40 min on an episode. you'll understand if its a drama for you or not from how you like the characters! :)
