how does Allen Ren keep getting romance dramas when he doesn't like showing much affection n can be so boring !!! i haven't watched this drama yet doh - but I feel like he is better suited for other genres

i havent started - but i wanted to comment that i couldnt understand y he keeps getting romance dramas when he doesnt do much in terms of affection n can be quite boring -- im intrigued at ur comment :)

its clearly filmed years ago n d edits, cuts, costuming is a bit lacking but surprisingly d fight scenes are good --- but goodness its d same ting over n over --no rest

i like d FL but this show kept the angst non-stop!!!!!! i also like d ML BUT dey did a good job in creating d FL!

one of my favorite dramas to this day- 1 September 2024 lol - I've rewatched at least 5 times!

this is a drag for me -- n I usually like d FL actress

ok so first 2 eps felt like just a waste of ur eyes-- really nun

tbh i found dey cud have done more in the eps-- especially more give u butterfly moments---d mom even toook so long to act--i thought even his so-called rebellion was under-whelming -- but its typical kdrama and i love d ML lol

D ML is such a cutie -- i wanted more from this drama

nah- to use ur example with the cake: u left a cake and someone comes and tells u/her(FL) that he has eaten ur cake and alot of other persons cake - u /FL confronts him/ML and he says dont listen to that person just trust me - (doesnt directly say NO) - but later on u hear him having a convo with his bestfriend who also asks about the cake and he says ive only ever had ice-cream ---
Would it make sense (using perspective) to think he means he only ever loved ice cream but did eat the cake since he didnt directly tell u NO I DIDNT EAT UR CAKE ?
like i said before his virginity wasnt even a concern for me -- i just couldnt comprehend this turn on the issue ??

Tbh u seem to be the one twisting the words to hear what u want ....he is talking to Sang Pil about the argument that just happened so logically his response should be to the accusation ...y would u turn it to mean "oh he means she is the only he loved " ...when the topic was about him being with alot of girls and he tells his friend she is the only one ...... it seems u want it to fit ur idea that the ML doesnt have to be pure white but ure doing exactly what ure accusing the other commenter of ....btw to me it does seem more realistic if he dated others ...its just that his response suggests otherwise and based on how his uncle was forcing him to go on d blind dat in the beginning it suggests he never dated or showed interests in girls through the years...he literally just worked and did what his mom told him

Staying quiet when accused is a typical kdrama response doh lol ...its something they always do to create misunderstanding...but he said dont listen to his mom which was sort of an answer..of course she left before discussing it ...another typical kdrama action ... im confused by all the confusion lol

I think he didnt answer cuz he told her dont take the gaslighting from his mom ...he was more concerned about her obsession with her ex atm ...i definitely saw it as his mom just making up stuff ...from the first ep his uncle made it seem like he has never shown interest in any girl and he told Sang Pil its only been Hong Ju ....did eveyone just gobble down the trouble the mother served so easily???
