I dont think we watched the same drama at all. Both ML and FL are flawed people driven by their circumstances.…
You and your monolith. When did I ever justify anything ? I am saying, I understand why she did what she did. Also, they are not only humans, but also law enforcement working on the same case involving a psycho and his vast crime network, which took heavy emotional toll on all 3 of them, so contacts with her ex was inevitable.
I read the Webtoon and it was awful. Not funny. The guy is supposed to be a pure, virginal man, who is unkissed…
You do know dramas rarely follow webtoon to the letter, those are often over the top and dramas tone that down for TV compatibility.
His last romance role was 3+ years ago and the leading lady there was Lee Sungkyung (1.76m), one of the taller actresses in the industry. His another popular romance show, Secret life of my secretary, FL Jin Kijoo (1.7m) is also one of the taller ones. He's a very tall guy, following your logic, Claudia Kim should play the FL in every romance drama opposite him.
We do be complaining about anything these days ha.
This one has all the possible rom com tropes in the history of tropes. And it is bearable because the showrunners didn't try to hide them. In fact, the tropes are so blatant that you won't cringe, be upset or disappointed but you'd go, "Gaht Dayum, they did that for real ?" Although the last few tropes, like an ex showing up and causing some havoc, one of the leads temporarily going abroad to gain insights etc, felt incredibly manufactured.
The FL would feel annoying and clueless in the first 3 episodes or so, but her growth starts to show after that, which is nice.
Okay-ish time pass drama. You won't watch is twice.
I was rolling my eyes at every scene after she decided to go to paris. Why do kdrama lately do this to every last…
I recall Doctor Slump doing this too but then there was a twist. Ah the good old days of kdrama (Just 2 years ago, yikes the industry has shifted a lot). Makes my eyes tear up just thinking about 'em.
breakup is, let's end this, let's breakup. I am done, can't do this..etc, distancing yourself because of a disagreement. Also context matters. Neither the context nor the words indicated any kind of breakup.
Guys, that is exactly what I would have done.I would go to Paris to work in a fashion industry for 6 months, come…
I would return a day earlier to surprise my partner who I am missing, go straight home as my luggage will be delivered to my doorstep, but after saying hi wazap I would wanna sleep because I just got out of a 11 hour (tailwind) or 12 hour (headwind) flight and I feel like shit. I need rest and real food.
I plan to watch this drama, Kindly give me spoiler regarding plz1. When is the main couple officially together?…
1. Around episode 9ish. 2, No breakup, but a misunderstanding break that barely lasts an episode. 3. No breakup, no timeskip. 4. misunderstanding patchup happens on episode 10-11. 5. You might get 2ml syndrome early on. 6. ML ex trope is there, blatant, and causes momentary misunderstanding. 7. Happy ofc, it's a romcom. 8. I have no idea what a true or false romance is. The romance is cute all I can say. 9. Decent kisses yes 10. Plot is light and simple, not bad

SHE WAS NOT..ffs lol. You are seeing things as black and white. The plot and circumstances in the drama are clearly not black and white. Why shouldn't she have any contact with her ex ? Even if you take the ex-factor out, he is still her adoptive brother, kinda.
I am not justifying her actions, but I understand why she did what she did.

Considering the situation, the hug was nothing too bad. There was no cheating, whether emotional or otherwise because of the connection that they shared, the circumstance that they were in (though she was almost on the brink of it, emotionally), and yea it did upset the husband, it would upset any rational human being.. but he opted for divorce for another reason, and yes it did partially brought her back to her senses. He married her knowing full well how strong her bond with Jiang Cheng was, and the pain that she carried, and in the end, he succeeded getting her all to himself. She needed closure and she got it. All is well that ends well.
Also, use the spoiler tag. A lot of people are watching this drama now because of The Early Spring.

Sticked ? Brother, she was with him for a short while after the return and even then, never crossed the line. They grew up together like family, were in a long, loooong term relationship which ended in a bad way, and then he showed up again, and when she knew what was the real reason for the breakup, all those feelings and regrets hit her like whiplash. And yet when the ex asked to get back together, she firmly declined. And he backed off like a gentleman too. No one was the bad guy here, they were victims of their circumstances and the choices that they made.
ML is a simp. The FL most of the time in series till last few episodes cheats on him emotionally, always took…
I dont think we watched the same drama at all. Both ML and FL are flawed people driven by their circumstances. One of the good mature realistic dramas to come out of China.
His large stature would translate well as a warrior and military commander. He isn't the best actor out there ofc but he does the physical roles quite well. Doberman !
