This does not bother me. All the characteristics that we see in her, only helped the plot to happen the most adorable interactions between her and her lover (Xu Jing Kong), as her teacher of writing and martial arts, friend, boyfriend, her storyteller to sleep. Anyway, everything that allowed the best dialogues and displays of affection that I have seen in any drama. Then she becomes so smart, she even writes a book to retell their story, she leads an army, she unravels a conspiracy, and she even works magic with the moon. Everything perfect. I have nothing to complain about. (The only thing that is sad, was friendship between Xu Jing Kong and his younger brother, who was lost in the end. They were very close brothers, but in the end it was lost.)
