idk yall im not buying what hyunji & baekhyun are selling. the two dated for 2 years? broke up 5 !!! years ago, hyunji has most probably dated other people (baekhyun said he didnt date for a while), and yet? what? they're acting like they broke up a month ago. not even minkyung & yoosik are moping around as much as they are. i gotta wonder like was that relationship really THAT great? if it was, yall never tried working it out before this show? idk. maybe im wrong and they genuinely havent moved on for 5 years, but its a little absurd to think about. & its not that i dont like drama, i LOVEEEEE watching the fights and the tensions, but this doesnt seem genuine to me so far. fair enough ! i do get what u mean, i didnt rly feel anything for any of the ex couples either, even the 9 year one somehow. which is why im rooting for new relationships this time round, maybe u could try seeing it that way too =)

ik a lot of people think yn and wk are exes but there seems to a big age gap between them, also their ex letters dont match up. jihyun and wonkyu to me make more sense

hmm okay basically the show casts around 5 or 6 pairs of ex lovers into the show, and then over the course of three weeks as they interact w their exes as well as other people in the house they have to decide whether they wanna begin something new with someone or go back to their ex. none of the people are allowed to tell others who their exes are, its revealed to all of them at the end of week 2 i believe. they dont tell us which two people are exes either in the beginning, we just place our guesses, however they do slowly tell us. like the first ex couple was revealed at the end of ep 2, and they'll slowly reveal more. i hope this made sense ! its not connected to any of the other seasons, however if u wanna watch a season i'd highly rec season 2, the last 5 or 6 episodes are honestly worth the pain of the first 15. but this one's rly rly interesting too, might just become my fav !

i've been seeing a lot of people say minkyoung and woosik broke up just to get on this show, and ykw it makes sense. they broke up 4 months before filming began, who in their right mind would be like hey lets get on this show freshly after a 7 year long relationship? it made sense for gyumin and haeun cuz iirc they'd been broken up for around a year. but just 4 months does seem rly suspicious. at the same time, i've seen some varieties of endgame spoilers, and none of them mention the two getting back together, so maybe they aren't scamming? idk, the spoilers probably arent true in the first place.

honestly i saw people complain about this last season too cuz yujung got most of the screen time and that seemed unfair, but it really isnt cuz most of the guys were chasing yujung, so it makes sense she'd be shown the most. HOWEVER, if they push jihyun into our faces even when she isnt getting the most attention, yeah i'll be annoyed too. i hope that isnt the case though, i liked how all of them are (currently) interested in diff people, but the peace definitely isnt lasting long lmao

its been just 2 eps but im alr liking this season a lot !! ik a lot of people had reservations cuz the whole cast seemed to be chosen based on their looks, but they all have pretty distinct and interesting personalities imo ! out of the girls i really like Yoon-Nyeong and Ji-yeon so far, and out of the guys Yoo-sik and Baekhyun seem interesting to me.
