this series gives me we are vibe. school storyline as other 1000 old bl series 🤣🤣🤣 but i will watch it.…
problem is the director.. i absolutely hate every work of him.. he is lucky that all those projects had famous leads and just for the actors one would sit through the torture of this drirector's direction
1. The mobile phone - police station scene in ep1 can be calculated actually ... given she has a precedent that the girls used to steal phones then FL can always claim her phone was stolen
2. There was a show long back, UK i think, where a couple dies and daughter is the suspect.. police is trying to solve the case only to find in the end that she was indeed the killer.. a psychopath
3. But, i wonder if this drama is going for that... or will they do the usual kdrama spin where she was never the killer.. brother's death was a mistake and this murder also is her getting caught up.. but because she hates her dad... she would like to have him think she is the murderer.. suffer and make him suffer in return
4. Is this original series or some adaptation... this is so good.. because we don't know if we are going for a real daughter is killer or dad has to save his daughter and regain her trust he lost by blaming her for son's death... and dad-daughter bonding by the end of it

ofcourse adaptation will be compared because it is an adaption. people who can't get their head around it are just morons with a pea in their head.
Also, you are right about this drama being compared to the original chinese version which IMO was wonderful. So, this drama has high shoes to fill... specially the female character
It will be interesting to see how she manages the adolescent age specifically because any of that usual kdrama screechy screamy female lead and that will be a strike out.. Tan managed the role fairly well
