YJ is crazy because she lost her baby, love of life.. she is obsessed because FL's child is technically half of her dad.. who was also the dad to YJ's child.. so there is that sense of connection.. and they have already said it multiple times that the girl does not resemble SJW.. and hence the question that why she doesn't look like her dad (because she looks like her original dad.. thus YJ's delusion) ..
