?? Are u ok? "The boy" is 17 going on 18, the teacher 26-27, so not that big of a difference. Besides, the love…
lol It's sad when Internet morons publicly display their moron-ishness. It's even sadder when they double-down and try to back up what they said with ever more moronic statements. It's clear you don't know what "pedophilia" is, so I will educate you:
Merriam Webster Dictionary - pedophilia : sexual perversion in which children are the preferred sexual object specifically : a psychiatric disorder in which an adult has sexual fantasies about or engages in sexual acts with a PREPUBESCENT child https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/pedophilia
Note the word in all caps. I am pretty sure Doha has completed puberty and has had pubes for several years already.
Note: using the word "literally" does not make false statements true.
I just watched the episode, white ghost face where? plus the acting is better then 90% of thai bls. To make them…
Since it's clear you are blind, know nothing about acting, are unable to spot plastic surgery, see yourself as the comment police, and are partial to badly written Thai-style BLs, your opinions are irrelevant.
P.S. As an audience member, the looks of any actor are indeed my business. Did you know people have plastic surgery to change their...looks? It's true! So, when people put their plastic surgery in my face on a screen it is one hundred percent my business. It's silly to expect the audience to pretend they don't see what they see.
Perhaps you've had this same cheap nose job and are upset that I mentioned it? Sorry, I can't control that either.
To me, the kissing on the bed was convincing and hot. But when they stand up it's always what I call Mannequin…
I agree with this one hundred percent. There is nothing hotter, more moving, or more beautiful in film than a sex scene performed by actors who have fully committed to physical, romantic, and emotional intimacy.
Sadly, we don't see a lot of this in BL, but there have been a few. Off the top of my head: The leads in "Together With Me," Max and Tul. Those two set a high bar that Thailand hasn't met a second time. I know there are more but I'm blanking right now and it's late. Maybe I'll think up a list tomorrow.
Why are all these Thai BLs suddenly coming out of Korea? ick. Thank god that girl came along to wake me up for a few minutes. This show needs to double in pace. What is with the Korean BL makeup people and all the white face powder? It's a high school of vampires. And they never bother to blend it. They are vampires only from the neck up. These makeup people have never heard of "blending..." That teacher is shamelessly throwing herself at Yohung or whatever his name is. The flirtatiousness is embarrassing and absurd. I get a chuckle out of the lack of budget for extras. Empty hallways. Empty courtyards. Ghostly-empty coffee shops. It always saddens me when I see yet another Korean actor or idol with a cheap nose job, the one that makes them all look the same. Saddest of all is that most of them are attractive before the plastic surgery. It's not just celebrities though; Korea has one of the highest rates of plastic surgery in the world.
Korea - Highest rates of: Suicide Alcoholism Plastic surgery
What lessons can we learn from these three statistics?
This show is pretty bad but I'm not ready to drop it yet.
To me, the kissing on the bed was convincing and hot. But when they stand up it's always what I call Mannequin Kissing -two stiff bodies with neither lips nor body moving, which is bizarre and distracting. This is the director's fault, because as we saw in the bed scene, both of them are willing to make out for real.
oooooh...next week looks to be full of angst and melodrama. I'll be here for it.
As for Episode 5: That seashore scene with Bing Chen and his wife...my lands, I watched that with tears running down my face. That's some of the best BL acting I've seen; from Bing Chen AND the wife. Both played it just right; their interaction was remarkably moving. Wish Chu looks even hotter with some scrubby 5 o'clock shadow.
The bed scene was pretty damn sensual and fully committed. I'm perplexed by those two actors: They totally went for the gusto on the bed, but when standing up they resort to the dreaded BL Mannequin Kiss, bodies and lips against each other but immobile, frozen. lol The director's not doing his job.
I wish there was at least a bit of time given to realistic self-revelation when these characters go gay for a dude. Both brothers in a family being gay isn't unheard of (I know a family in which two brothers and a sister are gay), but it's still incredibly rare, yet the brothers here don't give the fact that they're both hot for dudes one second of attention. Were they already out to themselves and each other? If so, that would have been interesting to know. As it is, that entire area of sexual fluidity and surprise at what one is capable of, is ignored, as if we're in another BL fantasy world where everyone is gay and no one who isn't has a problem with it. But, that isn't the feel this show has had.
Likewise, Bing Chen going from wife to dude and having been straight and not attracted to men before, suddenly is romantically interested in one but thinks little if anything of it. Not realistic. No, there doesn't have to be great drama, angst, and tragedy on this topic but acting as if people in these situations would give it no thought is pretty lame.
Most of the artwork is sub-par, considering the high school guy is supposed to be exceptionally talented. The drawing he gave to teacher was pretty meh.
Overall, this show has some nice moments and some lame moments, both in writing and acting. I'll keep watching because there is nice, believable chemistry going on and the show has the ever-elusive quality of "heart."
Lame. Stupid setup. Football team with four members. lol Bad acting. That horrible background music that is constantly telling me to feel happy, funny, sad, ooh, danger!, etc. is beyond annoying. This show feels like a Thai BL with slightly older/bulkier actors. The tall one with the broad nose...that face is disturbing. Overall, awful.
Knowing that our only reasonable hope for decent-to-great BLs lies with Korea, Japan, and Taiwan, it saddens me that this sucks.
"not reading all that..." is likely why you're so ignorant and pushy.
Stupid people act out. Well done.
Oh, sorry...is the above too long for you to read?
