Why don't you tell the rest of the commenters what your issues with sex are? Softcore p***, my ass. There was…
Thank you for all your informative and beautifully written comments here. Such writing is a rare thing on MDL. Most members respond to more than three sentences with "lol, I'm not going to read all that." hahaha Morons.

Hi Ruhma. Thanks for your kind words. Why did you hide them? Do you fear being swarmed by a flock of LGs? :D Your English is great. I don't think I would have noticed it as your SL if you hadn't mentioned it. We Americans are SO lucky that English is the world's means of primary communication, as we are probably mostly too lazy to learn a second language on our own. Until I became interested in Asian cinema, dramas, and music, I was unaware of how profoundly people around the world are of what goes on in the U.S. as well.

I love my country, but there are a LOT of things wrong with it and bad about it that I wish I could change.

Thanks for saying hi.

P.S. I first saw Joo Jin Mo in one of the first gay-themed, Asian feature films I saw, "A Frozen Flower," and was blown away by the film and him. I quickly hunted down and watched every film starring him I could find, but have been mystified as to why he hasn't done more work over the last five years or so. Now I know. Sad.

I was spoofing all the Church Lady prudes who populate and dominate conversation surrounding anything sexual on MDL. But yeah, there are a few scenes where Mix is coming on to Earth in a way that made me weak in the knees.

omg...this is horrible. It's a badly-written/ad-libbed abomination of attempted cuteness that comes off as a horror-fest of cringe. Naturally, being such an awful thing, it's highly rated on MDL.

Lord, how embarrassing for Earth and Mix. They're good actors. It's unfortunate they live in Thailand.

Skimming comments, I gotta say, there is nothing quite like a thread of delulu Thai BL fans arguing over the quality of ANYTHING in shows coming out of that country. Turning out 50 BLs per week is not a recipe for excellence. :)

wtf? He's very handsome. Who said anything about his facial features? You need to get off that psycho Earth fan train for a while.

You're delusional. The commenter above complimented Earth's acting and said nothing about his face. Your defensiveness betrays your lack of objectivity.

In your view, what happened to Cherry Magic?

You know I'm kidding about the sex scenes, right? There are some intensely erotic/romantic scenes between Earth and Mix though.

But sleeping is much worse even it's only one time...if not sleeping with other you can always start over but…
ACTIONS speak much louder than thoughts which one doesn't manifest outwardly. You seem to be imagining another person during sex as a transgression equal to actually having sex with that person you're thinking about, and that is absurd.

I guarantee you that the vast majority of people who have sex with one person for a long time, end up fantasizing about lots of things, including other people, during sex. It's human and normal. As long as you don't go fuck those people, so what? They're only thoughts, and in a lot of cases allowing those thoughts to play out in one's mind can help keep people from seeking other partners.

Your attitude is immature in the extreme.

Hmmm...I'm not one who hesitates to drop series that don't grab me within an episode or two. I had no problem…
Gotta love commenters, and there are a lot of them on MDL, who respond to my having dropped a series and down-rated it after two episodes with "How DARE you drop and rate this without watching the whole thing?!!! As if up to two hours isn't enough time to give me a reason to keep watching.

Hell, there are many I've dropped within the first hour. You can smell something rotten pretty quickly in most cases.

DAMN NEAR PERFECT.

And we're on MDL, so naturally the rating is a joke. Ignore it.

I am hard to please, especially when it comes to dramas, as most of them often feel like half the story is there to fill out the requisite number of episodes. I'd rather see good stories told in a tightly-focused couple of hours than stretched out over eight or ten or twelve. This is not a problem here.

Kai Ko, JC Lin, and the extremely versatile, little Jian He Wu are stellar here, and the FL is very good, though her tiny stature and wraith-like figure made her seem younger than her character at times.

Highly recommended.

Oh wow! How come this series is SO UNDERRATED???I had no expectations at all, just watched because it's on netflix,…
It is underrated because we're on MDL. Good shows get dragged and trash rates 10/10. Go figure.

Hmmm...I'm not one who hesitates to drop series that don't grab me within an episode or two. I had no problem with that here, and it got better and better with time.

Absolutely agree!
He was my favorite character, as well. It was fun, not only to see his character grow and change over the episodes, but to see him and __________ get more and more screen time too.

The actor is Jian He Wu. Be sure to see him in the excellent "A Sun." You will not believe it is the same guy. He is very talented.

It was a shock that he decided to murder his lover just because he ignored him in front of his fiance and parents…
The last 60 seconds of the film tell us all we need to know about what's next: All is forgiven and they love each other still. Too bad for you that you can't grasp what's right in front of you.

I'm talking about group appearances/interviews long BEFORE the Burning Sun thing came to light. Distancing themselves in advance of the "scandal?" Seems far-fetched, but perhaps you're correct.

This brought nothing new to the table regarding the subject of prostitution.'
If the idea was to expose the viewer to this underground world, it didn't do that effectively either.

How are we going to watch this now? so sad
Surprising even myself, I chose to watch "My Mister," which I'd not seen before, a couple months after LSK left us. Somehow, it was comforting, more so as I watched, to see him over an extended period as he was in life.

As horrendous as celebrity suicides in Korea are, it's useful to remember that Korea as a whole has the highest rate of suicide among developed nations, in the entire world. It's not even close. I don't remember which country is #2, but they're far below Korea's rate. So celeb suicides can be seen as an extension of the problem, which is society-wide. There is insane levels of pressure to succeed in ALL things in Korea. Combine that with the culture of shame alongside it and you have a perfect recipe for people in the public eye to feel doubly shamed and pressured when something negative occurs.

The Korean media and so-called "Netizen" monsters are all-too happy to feed the ravenous frenzy that we saw end in LSK's lonely death, and they've done it over and over, and will again. From what I've seen of late regarding two tempest-in-a-teapot "scandals" in kpop, I fear we may have another death soon.

Then there's Yoo Ah In, who the press/media/police have been raking over the coals for at least a year. I hope he makes it out the other side OK.
