Sorry u had to go thru that. Must of been difficult.
Sadly, I went right back in the closet and it took me 15 years to come back out. Looking back, it was one experience of many alone the road to self-acceptance. I just rewatched this for the third time and was more deeply moved by the very end than I had been previously, as I identify more with Jun Seok than Jung-hyun.
But it hit harder this time that no matter what choice he makes, Jung-hyun will pay dearly for it. If he continues to ghost Jun Seok and hang with his asshole buddies, he will miss what was developing with Jun Seok. If he chooses Jun Seok, he will be ostracized by his former "smoke" buddies and be the subject of constant rumors and speculation.
Realistically, I think he chooses what feels like the safer route right now...the closet and his clique of homophobes. Such a melancholy ending.
Sorry u had to go thru that. Must of been difficult.
Thank you for saying that, Yes, it was horrible. One of the worst times of my life. I had absolutely no one to talk to about it, and spent five or six months in an intense, near-suicidal depression. In retrospect, that's not very long, but I was much younger and it seemed like forever. I cried half the time and lost 30 pounds. Don't let anyone tell you depression isn't a real illness.
Cryingg this is the 3rd comment ive read talking about breast implant but how did u guys know that👀
If you mean how I recognized an implant instead of a natural breast, they're easy to spot if you know what to look for. :) The fake ones are too stiff, don't move naturally, and often are too large for the small body frame of the actress who has them. The SURE sign is when an actress is lying on her back and the boobs stick straight up in the air like two halves of a cantaloupe, rather than drooping slightly to each side.
There are implants that look natural, but they have to be of high quality and installed by a skilled surgeon. Also, many women simply want boobs that are too big for the space, which results in a tight fit and a rigid appearance.
Over the top rip-off of the Spanish "Elite," but not even 10% as good, and without the sex. Everything, from the very start, is ridiculously cheesy, obvious, and predictable. It comes off as a parody of "Elite," rather than an Asian re-boot.
I love me a good high school bullying/snobbery/rich vs. poor type drama, but this is shit.
lol, this gets funnier with every ep. Can't believe they got Park Bom to be the butt of jokes about her god-awful plastic surgeries, her weight, her age, and her status as a has-been. lol Genius! Meanwhile, Seungri continues to take the brunt of the most slams, right and left, and with good humor. He is excellent as the ring-master of this mess.
Again, I'm amazed YG allowed itself to be portrayed in this way, and I'm very impressed by their willingness to take a joke.
All this said, I feel terrible for Park Bom and what is obviously a severe addiction to plastic surgery. I can't imagine she did this without agency approval. I looked her up and she was very pretty before all this nasty work was done. You can tell she can't move her face properly. She looks like a 50 year-old woman, for god's sake. Lord, what is wrong with South Korea? It ranks first among developed nations for suicide, alcoholism/alcohol abuse (Soju), and plastic surgery...not good things to rank first in. :(
What a great find. This is mostly hilarious. Some of the jokes don't land, but the unintended (or intended) cringe-effect of that is funny in itself. I admire greatly that YG allowed itself to be parodied like this, along with Seungri, who is the butt of many of the jokes. He is also a natural comedian as well as musical performer.
I don't give a rat's ass about the BS "scandal" (everything in Korea is a "scandal"). Seungri and Jung did their time and paid their fines and f**k the losers who won't let it go because trashing celebs gives them a reason to live. I wish Seungri much success in his future endeavors, be they in Cambodia, Korea, or here in the U.S. COME TO AMERICA, SEUNGRI!
What a great little surprise! This is excellent, for what it is, a 25 minute short film if they'd put all the eps together, which I've no idea why they didn't do.
Anyway, wow! Great, light-hearted little story with quite a few lol moments, as well as lots of sweetness and a sexy undercurrent too. It has a Strongberry/Matchbox feel to it, which is a massive compliment, but apparently, it is not one of theirs...?
This needs to become a full-blown BL. Both leads are cute/handsome without stepping into the pretty boy/idol category and the acting is excellent. I'll be keeping my eye out for more from whoever made this, as well as from both leads. The GL girls were cute too.
Great murder/mystery/thriller flick. Joseph Chang and Edward Chen are excellent in these roles, as both usually are. Joseph is looking good as he ages...:D
Hey! I just finished watching the movie and there is this scene at the end where we can see Liu Li Min deleting…
I don't mind fucked-up, ambiguous endings as long as they're earned, and I think this one was. We don't know if Edward Chen goes to prison again for killing the kid or if he gets off for self-defense; the film leaves that open, just as we don't actually see the anchor man/dad delete the file on the computer at the end either. The screen goes to black without showing us the computer screen. I think I heard a click, which might have been the mouse, but the fact that we weren't shown the file deleting on the computer screen leaves things wide open...SEQUEL!!!
Now...isn't that a lot more interesting than having everything tied up in a neat bow as an ending?
hey I might just be a bit stupid but can someone explain the ending/post-credit scene to me?
The bigger question is WTF do directors put important scenes AFTER the credits? I had turned the flick off and the only reason I went back to watch that scene was that I saw your comment here. I can't be the only one. I wonder how many people have seen this flick and have no idea about those last few minutes that explain everything...good god.

Embarrassing. Dropping after 2 episodes.
