The casting are good but the storyline was kinda messed

Honestly speaking, the episode 1 is too tiring to watch. I'd dropped it before but after few months I decided to give it another try. The storyline is actually pretty good but I can't say it's the best.

First episodes might be too boring for me, but the middle part hooked me up, it was intense but my expectations on the last part turned out to be a dissapointment. The flow of the story, the reasons, the ways and the investigations are too shallow. The ending looks like it was rushed. I had a goosebumps in the middle part of it and I was intensed that I kept on binge-watching but I must say that the ending was lacking.

I like the characters, I like the simple cinematography, the locations are fine. Actually there's no need to make it aesthetically pleasing since the genre doesn't supposed to have it. The characters suitly fine to them and I have no problem on it.

I only found that there's something "lacking" on the story, it's a bit messy and some episodes doesn't have sense at all. But still, it's overall good.

The ending was so rushed, I don't know if it was a cliffhanger or what but it annoyed me because my expectation to this series is high. Overall, I think it's a good and recommended drama as well but never expect too high.

The casts are amusing!

Episode 1 was boring, I just tried my best to continue it because I was in a drama slump. I was about to drop it but when I watched the episode 2, I laughed really hard.

The casts were all humorous! Anyways I love the storyline, it is simply stupid but it fits since it's comedy genre. That kept me at the edge, I kept binge-watching it because all characters were amazingly funny.

Ofcourse I've been at the time where it constantly cringing me but I guess it's part of a comedy genre.

The couples inside the guesthouse are really amusing. I was hysterically laughing watching every scenes, call me an overacting but this series made my day.

Tackles Prominent Issues

I heard a lot of good reviews so I was curious whether it deserves it or not. After seeing others who highly recommended it, I finally had a will and started it. I honestly hate slow peak series because I get easily bored. I hate waiting too slow until the story build because I'm more open to a quick peaks BUT THIS MADE ME WAIT UNTIL I FEEL THAT IT IS WORTHY.

When episodes are getting nearer, it improved and I was hooked up onto it. I got overhyped and kept thinking what would happen next.

There are a lot of series that tackles about different society issues but failing to act and promote it. But I have to say that SKY Castle never failed to show it lightly by the means of attacking us extremely.

SKY Castle tackles about the prominent issues this society have. BAD PARENTING, ACADEMIC PRESSURE, OBSESSION OVER THE TITLES, COMPETITION and GREED. All of those listed above were strongly showed off. There were some scenes where it was actually disturbing and triggering but that's their way to show how toxic our society is.

The veterans and rookies blended well, they never failed to make it funny interesting.

Mixed emotions, it may seems like black comedy. It is a good roller coaster ride, I enjoyed it. I didn't cried that much but I felt sad and dissapointed to every characters' attitude.

The last episode where Coach Kim was shown clearly means that THE CYCLE OF BAD SYSTEM REPEATS ITSELF. It's impossible to change what kind of system and standards do we have right now, BUT WE AS INDIVIDUALS ARE THE ONLY ONE WHO IS RESPONSIBLE TO AVOID ENGAGING WITH THAT KIND OF ISSUES.

Tragedies must be stop, this series dared everyone to be openminded in our society.

ANNOYINGLY FUN

Among the kdrama osts, I must say that this could be the best. Honestly, one of the impact it brought to me was the soundtrack, this series stands up when it comes to ost, it hits different.

I hate the fact that this drama annoyed me that much, I hate how the male lead bullies the female lead and then turned out to be the "lovers" as what clichè storylines are.

I mean Jun Pyo physically bullied and harassed Jan Di at all times and that was toxic, it ain't cute! It doesn't look like romantic. The main characters' relationship was toxic! the only couple I'd looked up to this drama was the second lead couple.

The second male lead was irksome though. He was actually the root why did the female lead was getting harassed.

Anyways, don't get me wrong, I was inlove with that series since I was a kid. I didn't even realized that my younger me carried to watch this.

As I'd rewatched it, now that I'm in a teenage years, I finally found that most of the kids found the first episodes "cute" because my 9-year-old-me before felt the same way. To be honest, it was a total wack.

Anyways, no matter how it annoyed me, this will gonna be remain "iconic" and "nostalgic" to me. This kdrama had a special place in my heart.

All of the casts were excelled in that drama and that's a point for me to give it a deserving rate.

The plot is clichè, seriously it wasn't that amazing.

The production are costly! The locations and places were eye catching.

Cliché but cute

I have to admit that there were scenes where it cringing me, there were some scenes where I actually skipped. But I guess it's just an innate feel when it comes to romcoms. I it doesn't matter anyways.

The storyline is pretty cliché, it never amazed me but the way how the characters made it lighter and funny makes me even love it more.

I love how it shows a normal relationship of couple, it shows that no matter how "perfect" you think it is, there still have an up and down, there were times you have to fight but still know how to get each other's back.

The friendships they had was irreplacable.

I have nothing much more to comment but this drama made me happy for a while.

Disturbing yet interesting

This is probably one of the best kdrama thriller I've watched. I won't gonna ask for more and there's no need for season 2 because the series was all enough. I can't call whether it is masterpiece or not but all I can say is, good is just an understatement because it surely one of the great kdramas I've watched. The casts were chosen perfectly and they are all suitable to their respective roles. Plus the sound effects and osts made it creepier, the location seems fine for its genre and this is highly recommended for everyone who loves dark series.

Few reasons to watch this series:

First, this is not a typical story about ghosts or supernaturals, it was about humans with their inhumane deeds. It simply tells us that our enemy is also the other people.

The casts potrayed their roles perfectly. I'm glad that all of them justified the characters from webtoon adaptation. I highly praised every casts there because they did a superb work! Im-Si Wan (Joong Woo) was really an effective protagonist, the way he speak and the way he express his anger captivates the viewers. Lee Dong Wook (Moon Jo) is such as versatile, I thought he only suit for romcoms but I was wrong. He proved that he can also portray being a serial killer, he used his charms to gaslights people. Lee Jung Eun (Bok Son) also did a great job! I really feel frighten whenever she tries to be generous then aftetwards there is some sort of change that you need to pay back. Park Jong Hwan (Deuk Jong) that crazy guy also one of my fave cast there and kudos for him doing such a double role. The way he laugh makes me laugh too. Lee Jong Ok (Nam Bok) that horny guy, I hated him throughout the series but I have to admit that his horrible personality actually added creeps.

It was confusing and leave you puzzled. I kept on binge watching it to the point that it took me just one and a half day just to finished it.

The plot twist wasn't that really good because it is predictable but still the story line is great.

There were some scenes where it shows lacking but still applause to OCN for producing such this wonderful series.

So far, like it.

I was one of the viewers who absolutely liked the ep 1 of mouse, for someone who has a short attention span, this is a good start. Watching it gives me different kind of emotions and I am so fond watching the ep1-6, however there are some part which I found doesn't make sense. I skipped some parts that I found boring. After the brain transplant thing happened, I started to doubt how will the story flows, it was so messed up.

I knew that Ba Reum is the psychopath from the start, just like any other kdramas, it's easy to guess who is who. I lowkey wanna drop it tbh, but I'm glad that I watched ep14-15 and everything makes sense now.

To clear everyone's confusion about the "brain transplant" who says it's unnecessary, the scriptwriter's purpose is to let psychopaths feel the remorse, guilt and pain. In that way, they'll suffer.

When Yo Han's brain transferred to Ba Reum, the psychopath Ba Reum started to regain his memory through Yo Han's brain. Concluding that Yo Han is not a psychopath but the 1% genius, he has emotions that normal people have. The brain of Yo Han is now in Ba Reum's head, this is the reason why he now has emotion.

As I said, I was also belong to those people who doubted it. To everyone who felt disappointed, let me tell you that this one is working well. And besides, even if the brain transplant is non-existent in real life, just remember that you are watching a Sci-Fi story so do not expect that it can be realistic as what you think.

Anyway I won't feel tired praising Lee Seung Gi's acting, he already proved himself but he outshine it this series! All casts deserve an applause & recognition.
