This show overall feels more like an experience than an actual show. I feel captivated by everything and the dialogue…
I just finished the new episode and I’m wondering how others interpreted the fact that they were both shirtless in bed in the morning. I think I’m past nights, they’ve both slept with shirts on, right? Are we supposed to assume something happened? Is it being left ambiguous on purpose? Or am I just overthinking this and nothing happened? It would surprise me if after all this build up, they got together but it wasn’t shown to viewers.

Title Cupid's Last Wish Spoiler
The first 15 minutes was really good, especially with how Win seems to be longing for comfort from Korn (like…
I was confused about that, too, but then I thought Win was probably more upset at the idea that Korn might have been faking being close to him all along just to get his family’s money

Title Cupid's Last Wish Spoiler
WTF!! It really would hav been great if they had taken a moment to explain the "title" .. lik is cupids last wish.…
I was trying to make sense of why Win was so angry, too, and why he didn’t trust the sincerity and innocence of this friend he knew so well. My conclusion is that the inheritance being extended to Korn made him think that Korn had been faking his friendship and love all along just for a chance at his family’s wealth. So he wasn’t angry about the money itself but rather hurt because he thought Korn had been using him.

Title Cupid's Last Wish Spoiler
Very much agree. I was really confused by some plot stuff in the last few episodes. Can anyone help me make sense…
If their mom was motivated by money (which seems totally out of character for her—I know it’s supposed to be a twist, but it just felt off to me), why add another person to the inheritance? Why not just keep it in the family to begin with? And if she was motivated by keeping Win and Korn apart, why on earth would she try to get him to marry Lin? They will see each other all the time and be tempted. Who does that to their own children? It’s awful for both of them. And finally, why did Korn imply he had crossed a line of physical intimacy with Lin on the trip? Unless I missed something, he and Win only kissed, and even that kissing was pretty chaste. Besides the fact that he knew it was Win the whole time, why would he let the mom (and poor Lin who doesn’t know what was happening with her own body for a week) believe that he had gone that far when we know he wants to be with Win and is not interested in Lin as a romantic or life partner?

I did not like the whole wedding thing. It was really off. They could have chosen a less annoying plot twist in…

Title Cupid's Last Wish Spoiler
Maybe I missed this while watching, but why was it called Cupid's Last Wish? And I can't remember them explaining…
I read it as the father being Cupid from the afterlife to try to help his kids and family be happy by resolving the conflict and getting Korn and Win together. But the whole plot twist at the end kind of undermined that. I mean I guess you could say he was intervening because the mom had made such a mess of everything. I thought he told the monk because he wanted help getting his son to go on a transformational spiritual journey.

There needs to be a content warning for rape and extreme sexual violence more explicitly stated in the synopsis for this. “Extreme sexual content” is not adequate enough to capture how triggering this could be for survivors of sexual assault (or really just for anyone.) I can usually handle mature content, but this is the most disturbing film I have ever seen. I wish I could unsee it.
